The "Claudia" holiday home is located in the middle of a row house in a small holiday home complex at Glebbe 25 in a quiet, central location of the Zingst spa.
The 60m² holiday home offers space for 1 - 4 people.
It is located in the middle house of a row house. The house can be used all year round.
The house has a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a hall, a large living room with a modern kitchenette and dining area, and a guest toilet. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms - 1 SR with a double bed, 1 SR with two single beds, shower / toilet.
The living room leads to a cozy terrace with a small garden area.
A parking space is at the house. Storage facilities for bicycles can be used in the separate storage room.
In addition to a cot, satellite TV and radio, all of the everyday objects are available in the holiday home.
The rental prices include Initial supply of bed linen, towels; Final cleaning and additional costs for water, electricity.
Day and short stays are possible.
The house is also suitable for fitters and business travelers.
