Not to mention, this comes with a free parking space #280 that is securely located underground. All amenities are included, however everything must stay in this unit at your check out time. Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
A One-day code will be provided to you to place all keys/fob/keycard back into my lockbox located in the same place at the time of your check-in date 48 hours prior to check-out date.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All Amenities are included, however, everything must stay in the condo upon your check out time.
Anything that's been damaged or lost for whatever reason will be your full responsibility.

1080 Park Boulevard Summer Stay

I spent my whole summer in this apartment and it worked perfectly for me, even has a couch comfy and big enough for a friend to crash for a couple nights. It is within walking distance of everything in the city, and has essentials like a grocery store close by. The building is very nice, with a beautiful rooftop view and a gym. The only complaint isn't about this property but about the homeless nearby. They're harmless, but if it makes you uncomfortable, be weary. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

The listing was as one bedroom but it was a studio type all what’s inside was old bed almost 7 to 10 inches from ground with 68 years old man it was very hard to get up the host Arlena was great host she was helpful but the studio in a bad area a lots of dangers homeless and train station under the building makes you can’t sleep or rest 24/7 I have so many pictures and videos if you want to see it I hope Arlena will help at ather locations because she’s the good thing in this studio Location is in a bad area and the train station just under the building too loud and noisy

This High Rise Condo has a Spa and a Barbecue area with different patio sets where you get to enjoy your stay with family/friends (max 8 guests including yourself) while appreciating the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views, and the magnificent Mountain views on the East side on the Rooftop deck located on the 20th floor. Not to mention, the Gym on the 2nd floor, and the designated parking space #280 on P3 securely located underground with an Ace Parking attendant on the main floor with a total of two parking gates. That's how secured this parking is.
