About this property
Haus Sonnenschein in Überlingen with a view of Lake Constance and the mountains.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house "Sunshine" with an attractive south-facing slope with a view of the large terrace and a small view of the lake.
On an area of 75 square meters there is the spacious kitchen with dining area, the living room, a large bedroom - each with a terrace with garden view - and in the rear area a small bedroom and shower room with toilet.
In the living room, a convertible sofa (1.60 m) provides additional sleeping space.
Both apartments of our house are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, satellite, WiFi connection.
Children and pets are welcome. Pets only allowed in the ground floor apartment.
Garden use and barbecue facilities available.
There are plenty of exercise opportunities for your children and your dog.
