Hidden Gem!

Great spot in a fun little town, great food, great location for break-out day trips. House was very clean and in great shape, parking was very handy and secure. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!!

Wonderful area, great apartment, felt like a home away from home.

Hirschhorn is a hidden gem and a great place to stay and explore. This property was wonderful, with welcoming hosts and a central location. Rooms were all large, and everything was there to make a very enjoyable experience for a family. Would highly recommend this property, hope that we can one day return.

Nice accommodation, helpful and friendly owner

We had a pleasant stay in Hirschhorn; the apartment is very spacious and has an excellent kitchen and bathroom. The weather was not superb and the train was replaced by a bus, but for both inconveniences the very pleasant owner can not be blaimed of course.

Nice location with big rooms

It was a pleasure to stay at this house. The rooms were big and modern. Everything was there including coffee, towels, pillow, board games. Everything u can imagine. Very nice location and i would sure visit this house again

Lovely Apartment for Our Family

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. It is spacious with really nice gathering spaces. We especially liked the balcony. It is situated in a small, historic German town. Within 5-10 minutes you can walk to a castle, the historic downtown, the river, a grocery store or multiple good restaurants. Our hosts were wonderful.

Excellent hosts and large apartment in a pleasant town. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and there are some games for children. We were able to charge our EV (reasonable rate) in the parking under the building. There is a play park just around the corner and a supermarket within a 5 min walk. The railway station (direct line to Heidelberg) is a short (10 min) walk. There are lots of nice walks in the Neckar river area. There is no elevator to the apartment if that is needed.Great stay.

Wir wohnten in einer schönen, großzügigen, sauberen und im zweiten Stock liegenden Wohnung. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es frischen Apfelkuchen: Der Urlaub konnte also beginnen. Das Wetter war toll, die Lage der Wohnung war zentral, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und an der Hauptstrasse von Hirschhoren. Mit der Heidelberg card haben wir täglich die Öffis benutzt und konnten fast immer den Wagen in der Garage lassen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gute Ausstattung, unkomplizierte und nette hilfsbereite Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Supermarkt und Restaurants sowie ein Spielplatz direkt um die Ecke!

Die Unterkunft war super. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit freundlich, verbindlich und bei Bedarf ansprechbar - letzteres war besonders hilfreich, da wir beim ersten Verlassen der Wohung ein Thema mit dem Schlüssel hatten, welches zu unserm Glück vom Vermieter schnell gelöst werden konnte. Bei unserer Ankunft stand ein selbst gebackener Kuchen (lecker!) auf dem Tisch, ebenso war ein Wasser mit Früchten im Kühlschrank für uns vorbereitet worden. Wir waren während der heißen Junitage mit Temp. bis an die 40 C zu Besuch. Es ließ sich in der Wohnung aber gut aushalten, da alle Rollos unten waren, als wir ankamen - was auch an den Folgetagen hilfreich war. Persönlich habe ich mich auch sehr über die Möglichkeit des Laden meines E-Autos in der Kellergarage gefreut. Meine Mitreisenden waren gleichermaßen von der Unterkunft begeistert. Sogar die Treppe (2,5 Etagen) war kein großes Problem - wir hatten eine Person mit Rollator dabei - der Rollator durfte im Eingangsbereich des EG stehen bleiben. Alles in allem möchten wir nach unserem Besuch gerne nochmal wieder kommen. Danke Familie Bissdorf für Ihre stets freundlich, unkomplizierte und entgegenkommenden Art.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind höflich und hilfsbereit. Und die Betten sind bequem. Lediglich die Fenster sind alt und man hört den Verkehrslärm deutlich. Aber uns hat das nichts gestört, nachts war da auch kaum jemand unterwegs.

„Wir haben hier ein Wochenende als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise nach Österreich verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, mit bequemen Betten und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Eigentümer wohnt direkt unter der Ferienwohnung, was den Check-in sehr unkompliziert machte.Wir konnten unser Elektroauto bequem in der Garage aufladen – top!Hirschhorn selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Man kann dort herrlich wandern und die schöne Umgebung genießen.“

Eine sehr schöne, sehr geräumige Wohnung. Das Ehepaar Bissdorf war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Anreisetag stand ein frisch gebackener Kuchen als Begrüßung in der Küche und nützliche Tipps gab es obendrein. Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer tollen Atmosphäre. Schöne Tage am Neckar

Die Wohnung war in einem Top-Zustand. Die Ausstattung entsprach zu 100 % dem Prosekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Durch die Bahnanbindung im 30 Minuten-Takt können die umliegenden Orte (bis nach Mannheim und natürlich Heidelberg) komfortabel erkundet werden. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und würden nochmals buchen. Eine Anmerkung noch. Da die Wohnung zwischen der Hauptstraße und den Bahnstrecke liegt, ist es bei offenen Fenster in der Nacht etwas lauter. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört.

Sehr herzliche Vermieter

Sehr herzliche Vermieter, die uns sogar zur Begrüßung einen Kuchen gebacken haben und tolle,saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht (auch Öl und Salz war alles schon da). Auch mit kind ganz toll und wir durften sogar buggy ubd spielsachen des Enkels benutzen.

Sauber und im Ort gut gelegen

Saubere gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großen hellen Räumen und allem, was man braucht. Im Ort sehr gut gelegen, Supermarkt 5 mins zu Fuß, Bahnstation nach Heidelberg 10 Min zu Fuß. 30 Minuten nach Heidelberg Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen auch als Alternative zum Überbuchten Heidelberg.

Ferien mit Enkelkindern

3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (9 +12 Jahre alt). Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht - sogar ein toller Kaffeeautomat. Sehr schöne Ausflüge: Obrunnschlucht, Wolfsschlucht, Heidelberg, Naturpfad südlich von Heidelberg, Schloss Hirschhorn bietet ringsum viele Wanderwege. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne FEWO und tolle Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geräumig, der Empfang war überaus freundlich und wir wurden sogar mit einem leckeren Apfelkuchen begrüßt. Zum Neckar und in die Altstadt sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!
