Beautiful Winnipesaukee Adorable Cottage and Bunkhouse for 10 Lovely Sunsets

Week of June 20 - 27, 2026 special rate! An amazing setting for an adorable cottage plus guest house. Gather your nearest and dearest and get ready to head up to the lake! Once you step out of your car and take that first breath of vacation-air, you'll feel instantly relaxed and ready to start your adventure. The 3 bedroom cottage offers lovely new furnishings (bed sizes listed are accurate and differ from some of the photos) and wonderful views. The floor plan is a split design with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the 2 guest rooms. There is also a sunroom for relaxing and watching TV or challenging your vacation mates to a rousing board or card game (smack talk not included). Imagine waking up and meandering out to the deck to sip your coffee while listening to the waves rushing the shore and watching the ducks swim by. In the evening, you'll find yourself gazing out to the beautiful colors of the twilight sky as you reminisce about the days adventures out on the lake or exploring everything the Lakes Region has to offer. If you fancy a dip on those hot summer days, the stairs down into the water from the dock will lead you to some of the clearest, sand-bottom shorefront on the lake. The dock will accommodate a boat up to 20 feet in length. Do you love vacationing with others yet need your own space? Just call dibs on the bunk house! It offers a queen and two twin beds and is just a short walk across the driveway from the main house. New for 2024: A washer and dryer has been added and a/c units in the living area and one of the king bedrooms. Sorry, the fireplace is off limits and can't be used. Max: 5 cars.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $250. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented alot if properties from at the Lake RentalAlways had great experiencesThis one was not.Very hot only ceiling fans that didn't do much.One shower very dirty water trickled out of showerWe lost power. No flashlights. Had to leave early no water.Lost all my things in refridgeratorNo one was coming to fix powerHad to cut my vacation shortWould not be a good rental with 10 people as advertisedVery disappointed and lost alot of money

We are very sorry that you were at this property during the terrible storm that took out power to the entire area for over a day. There were many trees down and a lot of damage to properties. Unfortunately, during a power outage, there is no water as we are on wells serviced by electric pumps. The property is advertised as having one and a half baths. Had you called to ask for more fans (before the power outage) we would have gladly brought some out to you. Again, we are very sorry that your vacation fell during the bad storm. As you stated, you have rented many times through our office and always had a positive experience. Some things are beyond our control.

The house had everything we needed with plenty of bedrooms and a fun playroom for the kids. The house was clean and well-maintained. It had great swimming and a nice beach for the grandkids. There is a great view from the deck and we often sat on the dock for the view. The spot is fairly quiet with good privacy. I highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 adults and 5 older kids were very pleased with the property and all it offered. We actually chose to spend most of our time at the house enjoying activities on the lake. We did venture out a few times and enjoyed hiking, mini golf, arcades, and dinner at a couple of restaurants. We would absolutely stay at this property again next year if only it could accommodate 4 more family members joining us.The only thing I would recommend to improve the property is to update the shower.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bunk house needs screen on access door for ventilation. Fans were not adequate. Needed dressers in some rooms. Baby crib in one room, why? Dock was partially under water at times. Rail on steps to water loose. Garage door could onlt be opened from inside. Table for six when advertised foy 8 to 10 people. If improvements were implimented we would stay again. The location and sandy bottom in lake real plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The waterfront was awesome. All in all not many issues, just a few of my thoughts. The bunk house needs a screen door and a curtain, it was very hot since there was not cross ventilation.There are tons of ants, 1 more garbage barrel is needed, and a whole house filter I think would help with the smell of the water. We bought bottle water since the smell is really bad.

Vacation at Lake Winnepesaukee

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was perfect. The house was incredible and there was plenty of room. The bunkhouse was great for the older kids. They even had a crib in one of the bedrooms which was awesome because we have a three year old. Since the house was just recently purchased, almost everything in the house was new. The house has a large deck which is perfect for your morning coffee or your evening dinner. The view of the lake was spectacular. The dock was also great to sit on, especially during the sunsets. The house unfortunately does not have AC, but they do supply nice fans for the rooms. Once it cooled off at night, it was more comfortable, but hopefully they may think about putting an AC in the future. The only other thing that they could install, is a washer and dryer. Hopefully that is on the radar as well, but again this was a recently purchased home and the new owners were nice enough to rent their beautiful property. I truly hope they will be renting their property next year because we would love to come. back.
