Featuring an open floor plan that enhances the beautiful ocean views and provides convenient access to the soft sands at your doorstep, this 1,600 sq. ft. home comfortably fits 12 guests. Enjoy the sea's calming presence from either the large deck or through the numerous windows.

Great Family Spring Break Location

We had an amazing spring break stay at this house! It had everything we needed, making it perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The location was ideal, and the beautiful sunsets each evening were truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Best Beach House I've Ever Stayed at

I loved everything about this house. The location is right on the beach and allows for you to watch the sunset every night. Also, all of the rooms are on 1 level, which made ideal for infants/toddlers. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. I would love to come back here again.

The house, the management company, and the cute town of Port Saint Joe were all wins. BUT…Be aware that the photos of the beach are not what you will experience. The beach expanse is greatly decreased. There wasn’t five feet of beach in front of the house. It was covered with seaweed and much was in the water that was more green like a lake than the beautiful blue we are used to. It wasn’t because of a storm. It was that way all week and evidently per research) this seaweed is there June- August.

We had an issue with the main door (it got stuck and we couldn’t open it) but they sent a guy out immediately to fix it. Communication was great, location was amazing, house was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again!
