Great location

Great place, love the location. Walked to restaurants, pool and beach were great! Probably could remove the carpet - maybe created a musty smell but a clean place.

The condo had everything you needed, beds were comfortable. The area around the condo was very nice and well maintained, pool was very clean. I made a mistake renting the first-floor unit no view small patio. They are building a huge resort next to it and that is the view and the construction parking lot. The unit is old and needs to be updated, carpeting smells horrible.

Enjoyable stay

Property was spacious and clean and very close to the beach. Also convenient to Kennedy Space Center and grocery shopping. Would have liked ceiling fans in the bedrooms but there were standing fans in the closet to compensate. Would stay again.

Sandcastles 104 at Coco Beach.

We were taking a cruise and wanted to get a place close to the port. Turns out, we found a place we might like to rent for a full vacation and not just a few nights. Excellent location, condo well equipped, centrally located, beach a quick walk out the back of the property and an awesome pool and hot tub. Definitely will return....

The complex and the condo unit were well maintained. My only issue was the balcony which faced a busy public parking lot and there was no privacy

This property owners knows how to make a traveler feel welcome! Amazing provisions including an Air Fryer and Crock Pot! Lovely home with Great furnishings and decor! Short walk to the beach! Beautiful Beach Get Away

What a beautiful, clean condo! So close to the beach and the pool! All of the amenities were wonderful! The property manager responded quickly to a couple of questions we had, and was super helpful! My husband and I stayed 2 weeks there. Daughter, son-in-law, & 2 children joined us on the weekends. It was an over-all wonderful experience!

Sandcastles

The property was clean and well equipped. The walk from the property gate to the beach was too long, and the loose sand was extremely hot
