This home was recently renovated and futures new vinyl flooring throughout the home, new painting and plenty of space for you and your family to create forever memories. The club house offers a huge pool, fitness center, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball court. For the nature lovers, the resort offers a huge walk/bike trail, so you can enjoy nature with a beautiful sunshine.

Very old building w noisy and insufficient AC. No fans in upstairs bedrooms and it was VERY hot. Small “couch” hardly big enough for 2 adults. Leaky fixtures. Not what we were expecting. Neighborhood is nice and amenities and employees very nice too.
