Beautiful Pet Friendly 4 bedroom townhome in Emerald Island so close to Disney!


Emerald Island Resort is a Gated Community with a 24/7 security guard at the gate. The Community is very peaceful and tranquil, ideal for families and guests in search for a satisfying relaxing time with the peace of mind of being in a safe place.

With the backyard facing the forest and a very beautiful nature trail near by, your fur babies will enjoy their nice walk inside the community as well. We only charge $75/ per pet per stay. More details requirement please read the house rules.

The distance to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot Parking lot 9.5 miles, to the Animal Kingdom 5.5 miles and to the Hollywood Studios Park is 7 miles. It is so close you can hear the fireworks at night!

Emerald Island Resort is also very close to many other main attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World and World class shopping, dinning and entertainment.

Emerald Island is close to Interstate 4 which will take you to the Space Centre and Cocoa Beach to the east (drive time approx 1 hour) and to Tampa, Clearwater, Busch Gardens and the west Gulf coast (drive time just over 1 hour).

Unlike many of other houses here, our 4 bedrooms Townhouse is away from the main community access road. It is located right in front of the forest therefore, really quiet and peaceful.

It has a King Size Master Suite with a private bathroom downstairs.

There is a second Queen Size Bed Master Suite with a private bathroom, TV and a balcony facing the forest upstairs, a Full Size Bedroom and twin beds bedroom share a full Bathroom also upstairs.

All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, TV in each. The home has very efficient heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make catering for you and your family easy including a dishwasher.
All linens and towels are provided as well as hair dryers.

The utility room has a full sized washer, dryer, iron and board.
As the home backs onto a forest you will find it very tranquil especially after a long day out.

After a day out go back and relax using the communities facilities such as swimming pool, Hot Tub whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness Room, Tennis courts, Basketball, Beach Volleyball and Shuffleboard at no extra cost to you, plus there are two playground sets for the little ones. They are only a few yards from the home.

The Clubhouse has a business center, WIFI internet access, a meeting room and large lounge area and a very nice Ti Ki Bar

This is a great place and location to spend an action packed holiday or for a perfect business-fun combination!

Great location near Disney

The property owner is top notch. Quick communicator and helped us out as our previous VRBO owner cancelled on us last minute. Nice quaint condo in a great community 10 minutes from Disney property.

Hurricane Milton Evac

Owner was very nice with allowing my 4 dogs to come with the family to evacuate from Milton. Home was sturdy and we never lost power through all of the wind, which I was very grateful for.

Close to Disney and Spacious for a Big Family

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great having three full bathrooms and two master bedrooms. There is plenty of space to sit and eat. The place would be improved by a couple amenities such as a drying rack or laundry basket and possibly some kitchen, staples like salt and pepper, but the washer and dryer are really great. We will definitely come back again. Our dog didn’t make the trip, but it would be a great place to bring her. My family enjoyed the clubhouse and the pool as well. There were plenty of friendly people there that my kids enjoyed playing with.

Fabulous Stay

We had 6 adults in our group and enjoyed staying at this property. Mia was a fabulous host and made sure the home was ready and also let us know to contact her immediately for any reason. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the hot tub at the end of each day and recover from being in the parks all day. The property was sufficient for our needs. As a side note, be prepared for traffic on W Irlo Bronson going to/from the parks, heavy but just be patient as it only adds a few minutes to the travel time. We will most definitely look for Mia’s home for availability when we travel to the area again.

The ice machine was broken, the TV in the living room couldn’t get local TV so we had to cram into a bedroom to watch football.

This property is not advertised to be equipped with an ice-maker. The property is advertised to have a refrigerator and this was properly operational. After the guest reported the problem with the TV, I found the solution to the problem and texted it to the guest in a few minutes. The problem occurred because the cable company changed the channel frequencies and since the TV is a modern digital unit, it would need to re-scan to store the channels with the new frequencies. I texted these instructions to the guest. After the guest left, I went to the unit personally and followed those instructions and could verify it solved the problem. I am sorry about the bad experience the guest had but as can be seen it was due to factors out of my control.

Family time

Our family came to the Orlando area to spend time together. The location of the villa was close enough that travel was easy for us to get to the parks. Yet far enough away to allow us time to get away from the hustle of the parks, allowing us to relax in a calm and very clean villa. When we get back to Orlando again we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Weekend

Accurate Accommodations

The property accommodated my family but shortly after arrival we had to kill 2 lizards. The house was outdated especially compaired to the one our other family members had rented. The property owners were easy to contact. It was convenient to the parks and was overall a good stay for us. We will bebeack in November.

Property review

The location was great and not too far from our listed event. However, we were very disappointed with the inside of the home. Upon arrival and examining the home, we found two large cockroaches in the half bathroom. The master bathroom tub was covered in small black bugs that were also on the counter top, as well as dirt and scum in the sliding doors. The twin room upstairs had spiders crawling on the bed spreads. It was very disturbing to walk into a property like this after paying the price we paid.

As I explained to the guest, I was surprised to hear this as my husband and I personally did the cleaning just the night before so it is very shocking something like this could have happened. We replaced all linens with fresh ones and I explained to the guest, as per the electronic lock record, we left at 8 45 pm the night before. I am not saying she is lying, all I am saying is we did the cleaning as close to the guest arrival as humanly possible and so it is unfair to assume that the house was not cleaned properly. Finally, after the guest complained I offer a full refund if she would vacate the property the following morning after her arrival and that communication went unanswered. Interesting enough, when I arrived to do the cleaning after they left the house was very messy, pizza boxes out on the counter still with left over food, cosmetic containers in bed, abandoned clothes almost in every room, trash not taken out as instructed, TV on, lights on, dirty paper towels in the linens the beds and night stands moved out of place and so on. Certainly disappointing and surely I would not be happy to rent to them ever again. Finally, anyone reading this can check the record of this house either here on in my A i r B & B profile and see the opinions of many others that have been there before.
