Great time of Fellowship with Friends

We had a great time from start to finish. Kite 1 is a beautiful home and it was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. The views were awesome and we were able to see both sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

The “Kite 1” Our Newest Luxury Home at The Shores – Brand New, completed June 2022!

Bayside Luxury Home in the middle of The Shores! This home has everything you could hope for in a South Padre Island vacation experience. Location, luxurious designer comforts & furnishings, The Shores Subdivision amenities including community park, pool, tennis, pickleball, gated entries, private beach access and more. The Shores' beach access is a few minutes' walk away from the home.



Construction completed in June of 2022!



Panoramic water Views from the living room and all balconies, including a private balcony off the master suite. The top floor features the main living area with gourmet kitchen, dining area, and main living room flowing towards the Laguna Madre. Master suite is also on the second floor. Guest bedrooms and access to the pool is on the first floor.
