In the centre of Ried 1 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 1.2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Table tennis, patio, barbecue (swing). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 270 m, railway station "Ried i.Z. Bahnhaltestelle" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 5 km, bathing lake 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1.2 km, sled run 7 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal - Kaltenbach 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Another holiday apartment can be rented in this house. Storage room also for prams. No party house.
5-room apartment 150 m2, on the upper ground floor. Spacious, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 3 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with bath/WC. Large living room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Beautiful apartment with a great terrace. All rooms in stone pine!

Ried im Zillertal

Waren er met drie gezinnen. Veel ruimte en zelfs de kinderen kregen een eigen kamer. Grote tuin met schommel en tafeltennis. Rustig gelegen . Huiseigenares vriendelijk en bracht ons extra kookpannen waar we om vroegen:). Bereikbaar met trein was een pluspunt.

Ruim, functioneel appartement

Twee fijne zomerweken gehad. Appartement is zeer ruim en functioneel. Aantal kleine gebreken tegen gekomen die tijdens het verblijf konden worden verholpen. Tuin is ruim en fijn voor de kinderen, officieel gedeeld met alle appartementen, maar in de praktijk werd het door bovenliggende appt praktisch niet gebruikt. Rustige buurt en prima uitvalsbasis voor hele Zillertal. Enkele opmerkingen; de gehorigheid van het balkon wanneer er mensen buiten zitten, en €10 p/w voor matig Wifi is niet echt 2022

Prima onderkomen voor een gezelfschap

Vier slaapkamers met eigen douche en toiletgelegenheid. Een grote keuken en een grote woonkamer met zitmeubels. Dat is een prima en betaalbaar onderkomen voor een gezelschap van 8 personen en 2 kinderen voor een skivakantie. De halte van de skibus ligt om de hoek en drie minuten later ben je in Kaltenbach, Ook het station ligt op 5 minuten afstand van dit huis. Aanrader.

Alles top außer das W-Lan

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das W-Lan. Für das W-Land wurden 10€ extra berechnet und das obwohl der Empfang nur in einem kleinen Bereich der Wohnung zufriedenstellend war. Vor allem im Aufenthaltsbereich der Wohnküche war der Empfand sehr schlecht. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten war alles wie bereits erwähnt zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.
