Couple blocks from the beach and equipped with an elevator, this home offers upscale comforts including all new furnishings & decor top to bottom, a heated pool, multiple screened balconies, outdoor kitchen overlooking the canal with 80" feet of frontage just to name a few. The primary suite is located on the main level (2nd) w/ an outdoor lounge. The den/office as well as the laundry are also located on this floor. Top floor offers a large family room & dining area with balconies as well as a kitchenette. Also located on the top floor are the remainder of the bedrooms, all privately situated and ensuite. This property is available to rent monthly; please inquire for rates and availability as there are slight rate changes depending on month. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Beach (private deeded beach access) and down the street from Sarasota Bay and the famous Mar Vista Restaurant. Minutes to St. Armand's. This is truly a Florida vacation at its best. Pricing varies between $16,500 to $25,000 per month depending on month and year.
