Top floor offers a large family room & dining area with balconies as well as a kitchenette. Also located on the top floor are the remainder of the bedrooms, all privately situated and ensuite. This property is available to rent monthly; please inquire for rates and availability as there are slight rate changes depending on month. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Beach (private deeded beach access) and down the street from Sarasota Bay and the famous Mar Vista Restaurant. Minutes to St. Armand's. This is truly a Florida vacation at its best. Pricing varies between $16,500 to $25,000 per month depending on month and year.
