Comfy cottage close to the village

The place was quaint, on quiet street, close to the train and an easy 10 min walk to town. For a cottage it was quite large. Wonderful backyard for a dog and to hang. The one bathroom was a bit inconvenient for the folks staying upstairs but manageable for a four day stay. AJ was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would come back again.

Comfortable, old, quirky

The air conditioning in one bedroom was broken during hot and humid July stay. There is only one shower and toilet. It is quite difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower water. They need to spray for summer bugs such as spiders. The Wi-Fi cable was unplugged and under a large TV stand. Had to move the heavy TV stand to plug in Wi-Fi. We had to figure out why there was no Wi-Fi in the first place as the manager was not helpful. The general area has terrible cell coverage which made using GPS impossible!

Great 4th of July stay

Second year at this lovely house for the 4th of July extended weekend. The hosts are responsive and helpful, and the house is exactly what you need for 2-3 people. Very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen was nicely stocked. It is in a great location. Easily able to walk into town for shopping or dining.
