If you're seeking a mid-term stay of 30 days or more, this is one of the best areas to truly experience a different, more relaxed side of Las Vegas—away from the hustle, yet close to everything that matters.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of living in this community is taking daily walks with my dogs around the scenic lakes. The tranquil water views never get old, and the peaceful atmosphere is always inviting. Everyday life is made even more convenient with quick access to major shopping destinations like Boca Park and Tivoli Village. Plus, with Red Rock Canyon just 15 minutes away, you get the perfect balance of city convenience and natural beauty.
