This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 16th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. Queen size bed in the master bedroom. One queen sized bed and one bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Great place very good location, great for families

We had a wonderful time, the place was family friendly, the accommodations, were great, my kids love the bunkbed, great view from the balcony. Full kitchen, close to shops and groceries store.

We stayed in the Emerald Isle condominiums, and it was fantastic. the accommodations were wonderful and very clean. views were outstanding! Our host Helen was very is to deal with and made sure we were happy. So I have say one of the very best experiences we have had.

Great Location & Even Better View

The property is exactly as described and the attention to detail for cleanliness is by far one the best I’ve seen! The balcony is unlike anything else you will find on PCB and the emerald coast never disappoints with its beauty.

Condo was clean , very nice and right on the water . The bed in the master bedroom is small and very soft . No batteries in both bedroom remotes which initially was a problem but we bought batteries so we could operate TVs at night . Be aware that you will be hit with a 40 parking fee!

It says alot that we chose EI again and again, because we have never repeated other properties we stayed at because we always left with something we didn’t like about the location or condition of the place. We will be back!

I love this unit!

I wanted to return after my stay last July and was pleased to see all new upgrades in the already gorgeous unit. We enjoy watching the wildlife from the balcony. Always will see dolphins, pelicans, sharks, and maybe even a manatee or two.

Perfect location, clean and great views!!

We absolutely loved this condo. Was perfect for our family of four. The location was perfect as it was steps away from the beach, but also west of all the madness. This helped with traffic to and from Pier Park. The condo was very clean and updated, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The pools were nice, and the parking wasn’t terrible. Considering it was across the street. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

2023 Mother/Daughter Trip

This was a great place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the location. The only issue we had with this condo was the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable and very hard. However, we made it work for the week we were here. I would highly recommend Emerald Isle for anyone to stay. Thank you and we appreciate your sharing your home with us for our vacation.

Perfection

We loved our stay at this beautifully appointed ocean front condo. It was just as beautiful as the pictures. If you are there during a busy time you will probably be parking across the street, but even that is convenient enough. The unit is steps from the elevators, but if you want to hang on the balcony, listen to the waves and not even go to the sand, still fantastic.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time and the condo looked just like pictures. We have stayed at Panama City beach for many years and this was one of the quietest places we have stayed . Only complaint is the loading and unloading was difficult especially since we had to park across the street which was not a problem besides the stairs to the skywalk trying to take luggage. We would likely visit again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful beach getaway!

Working with Helen was a dream! From the easy/breezy check in to until check out and taking in our last beautiful views of the ocean. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time this past week. Helen’s condo is spotlessly clean, with amazing views of the ocean (and sunsets!) from the huge comfy balcony, a full kitchen with all you need to cook family meals. However, if you want to eat out, we highly recommend Mike’s place for appetizers, meals, and drinks! Absolutely delicious, located directly across the street, and provided great service. We were so sad to leave! Thank you for everything!

Spring Break 2023

My family and I stayed at Helen’s condo for the 2nd yr in a row. (Not the same as the 1st) She had all the amenities of a home away from him you can think of! The area is clean, close to all activities and very spacious. She was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. This is the 2nd year enjoying the beautiful balcony view, my boys loved the pool & hot tub plus right on the beach for me! I would definitely recommend to others also for future trips ourselves! Perfect property for our family!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! All three boys shared the second bedroom with combo of bed + bunk beds. The sheets were so soft and beds / pillows super comfortable!! A huge hit with our boys. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. It was nice having everything from a griddle to wine opener, cups and plates, to every utensil needed. Laundry in the unit was a huge bonus!! The balcony was INCREDIBLE!! So spacious and perfect views of the gulf. 4 elevators which made it super efficient and even though the unit is on 16th floor, we barely had to spend anytime waiting for the elevator. The beach was spotless....so clean...shoreline was soft, smooth sand. No rocks, no shells, just perfect white soft sand. The chair + umbrella service was an added bonus. Loved the proximity. Away from the main pier and crazy business of Panama City Beach, but close enough to pop down and explore when we wanted. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Beautiful condo and view

Once we arrived, we went straight to our room and let ourselves in which was breeze. The condo was just like it was pictured and described on the site. The view was absolutely beautiful! I would live on the balcony if I could. Everything you could possibly need to cook/prepare a meal is all available at your fingertips. The beach chair service was a great addition. Didn’t have to worry about racing outside to get a chair. They had plenty. I only have two complaints about my stay. The floors turned our socks and feet black, so they probably need to be better cleaned. I ended up swiffering the main floors. Then halfway through our stay, one of our showers was clogged from a previous tenant. Maintenance came in and told us that we couldn’t use it anymore. Very inconvenient to not have the two showers we paid for. Outside of dealing with these two issues, our stay was amazing.

The huge balcony was such an added bonus! We loved spending time out there together. Helen was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. We also loved having the beach service with our rental. The location was great for us. We loved being close to Thomas’ Donuts, the Donus Hole and Pier Park. We already said that we would definitely rent this condo from Helen again in the future!
