This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be able to walk right into Harwichport. Simple, cottage style place that accommodates a family. We loved it!
Cute home with no frills. It was a bit outdated but clean and tidy. Kevin was very easy to communicate with. The locations was nice and the beach was a very close walk.
The location of the property is perfect and the neighborhood is convenient to everything you might need. Kevin is an amazing and attentive host. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
The property was phenomenal! Nice neighborhood, close to beach, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. Host is very responsive to inquiries. Home was very comfy.
This was our first trip to Cape Cod and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The cottage is very well located with a short walk to the beach. The back yard was very roomy - we wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Lola and z Gigi were wonderful guests snd live yo have them back in Harwichport sometime!
We are local and was having some work done on our house. Although there were only two of us staying, I can say this house is perfect for a group of friends or family. Wonderful location and layout to enjoy all that Harwichport has to offer. Kevin is a great host and very responsive as well.
Our family had a lovely stay at this Harwichport beach house. The interior was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four plus our dog. We had fun using the yard for outdoor games, used the grill to make dinner, and enjoyed making s'mores over the firepit. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the downtown shops are also within walking distance. We hope to return in 2026!
This is a classic Cape Cod cottage. Knotty pine and charming idiosyncrasies. All the necessary amenities. A bit musty, but maybe it has been little used over the winter.
Place is gorgeous. Whether it’s for you and friends or family, it fits everything you want. Kevin was a great host, checking in and answering all questions quickly. The place is a short walk to beach, the outside firepit is a fantastic hangout spot and all neighbors are friendly. The short walk to Dunkin is also much needed lol. The living room is also very cozy and a good place to watch sports or any TV. Again, can’t say enough about Kevin. The best host I have had on any of these travel apps. Really cares that his renters have the best time possible and it shows. Will be coming back here in future years. 10/10
Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again

Location was great. Property was a cute older cottage with a great yard, good location, good size for families. Property needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Many items need to be updated. Linens, blankets and towels are old, leaving feelings of questionable cleanliness. Biggest issue was there is a huge house being built right across the street…. Very close! I was not informed about this on booking. The construction was extremely loud! VRBO says they aren’t responsible for lack of adequate notice about this.
We wanted to take a break away from our life to the cape cod for a few days. We were looking for that old time Cape Cod atmosphere & close to a beach and we found it. Great quiet neighborhood.
The owner was a pleasure to work with - most accommodating & helpful. I’m sure we will be returning.
Location was ideal - short walk to beach.
House was very clean.
