Apartment is nice size and is conveniently located. We could walk to several restaurants, coffee shops and the supermarket. Beach was a less than a mile away.

Nice, quiet, relaxing property which felt like it was close to everything! The space was clean & as advertised with a great little kitchen & very relaxing bedrooms with comfortable mattresses & black-out blinds. Would recommend just planning on street parking. It is in a safe area. Check in & check out was super easy! Would definitely stay at this property again! Loved our mother/daughter trip to explore San Diego!

The property was very nice! It was clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms/showers were nice. It was also awesome that they provided boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys! Overall, a very nice place and we would stay here again.

We loved the location and the apartment. Walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants. 10-minute walk to the beach and to the Bird Rock area. Management was super responsive to any requests. Would stay here again.

Accurate Listing Great Stay

This townhome was in a great location, close to the beach, variety of restaurants and watering holes. Home was well-appointed and clean. The garage is a bonus so long as you don’t have a large truck. Overall a great stay.

Fantastic condo in a great location in Pacific Beach. My husband and daughter stayed for a few days and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, smart tvs, beach chairs, towels,etc. It was a great find and I would definitely stay there again. Nice and clean and spacious.

Great location! Condo in good condition, very spacious and having a washer and dryer was really handy. Our only complaint would be that the family staying in the unit above us was very loud starting at 6 am!

Great location

The property on Cass street was very clean, and had everything you needed including a Britain’s water in the refrigerator. The location was perfect. Walkable to breakfast, coffee, dinner, lunch and a great French pastry shop. Highly recommend the property.

Best Friend birthday getaway

The layout of the property was perfect for 2 couples. Bedrooms on separate sides with extra bathroom in the middle. The French Gourmet restaurant was amazing and literally in your backyard!! We would definitely stay there again!!
