Uptown "Romance" is a cozy and comfortable Mid-Century multi family home that was given a modern twist. The bedroom has a queen bed, a table for two while the separated bathroom is updated with necessary amenities for light packing travelers. It's perfect for a couple or solo travelers who enjoy exploring a town of history. The queen bedroom has an upscale bathroom with complimentary coffee, tea and bathroom essentials. We also have Hulu and Netflix which you can get to from the Roku homepage
Location is next to a vacant business. All of our properties are routinely treated for pests, but when the doors open bugs can come in; they love crumbs and open or unclean glasses of wine or pop, stagnant water from buckets and glasses and anywhere water accumulates, so please do your part! Definitely remember to use repellent when outdoors.
-Dogs on leash at all times
-Dogs off furniture (fur on duvets, sheets or pillows are not acceptable)
-No smoking inside
-Trashbins are in the back parking lot
-Close bottles of wine or tie bags with open cans/bottles to keep bugs from coming in.
**Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention. Apologies in advance and thank you for your understanding as we want to provide a wonderful experience as a growing small business.
We enforce pet fees for guests traveling with emotional support animals. If a guest refuses to pay, we will not allow the emotional support animal to stay. Picture of Pet fur will be reported and Airbnb will contact guests unwilling to comply with our policies.
Service animals are not to be Left alone at the listing without prior approval
-Dogs must be on a leash at all times and clean up after your pets.
-Security Cameras are on the property
-Only guests on reservation are allowed on the property.

We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!
Parking in the back is safe with quiet neighbors.

Enter through the front entrance (Yellow door). This unit is #4. Keypad entry to first door, second foyer doors.


"Romance" is a compact and private studio that offers a full bath, along with amenities such as coffee/tea, a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster. It is ideal for short trips. The studio shares a beautiful garden with other units and is adorned with artistic and craft-forward accents. In the evenings, guests can relax in the garden, listening to the soothing fountains while enjoying a glass of wine and engaging in conversations with fellow travelers. The garden provides ample tables and seating for guests to unwind. For those who enjoy cooking, there is a grill available to prepare delicious local fish. Additionally, the beach is just a ten-minute drive away. "Romance" is one of the five units that share the garden and have private entrances. Conveniently located next to US-1, parking is easily accessible on the street or on the premises. Guests can also explore the nearby attractions, with the fort being a 10-minute walk away and St. George St. just 15 minutes away.

Walking is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away. Or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property!
Bikes are available for only guests staying on the property. Please use and return with care. *Report any damages for necessary repairs*
