The location of the beautiful "FLAMINGO FIESTA" home is perfect! With restaurants, a public beach, boat rental, and golf nearby; not to mention that Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva are only a 20-minute drive away, where you can enjoy the beaches, shops, shelling, or the Nightlife. You can't go wrong! This property is from Saturday to Saturday only.
Enjoy the beautiful large 15' x 30' heated (electric) pool or visit the Yacht Club beach with boat launch and Tikki Hut Bar that is one mile away.
This newly updated home offers an open floor plan, oversized lanai, and brand new air-conditioning units in all rooms. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other 2 bedrooms both have queen-sized beds. All rooms are set up with Smart HDTV's and wireless internet. Home is supplied with linens, towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, and cleaning supplies.
The amenities are very close, only a 2-mile drive to everything you will want or need. This home is in a safe neighborhood, with plenty of parking, it is DOG FRIENDLY, and there is an inflatable mattress for a child if needed. Bring the family or friends and come enjoy this beautiful home!
Other things to note: The RSW airport is approximately 24 minutes away. This property is from Saturday to Saturday only. Off-Peak stays are $325/night plus fees, December stays are $375/night plus fees and Peak stays are $440/night plus fees. A fee of $300/stay for utility usage will be assessed to the reservation.
