Welcome to Villa Felice! This fully remodeled open-concept home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is located in the coveted SE Cape Coral area on a Gulf Access canal. With only one bridge to open water, it's a perfect location for boaters!

Living Room: The open concept living area means you can be together no matter what you're doing. The living room offers a large sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV with a view of the pool area through nearby sliders. There is also a desk available for those who may need to get some work done.

Dining Room: Situated between the kitchen and living room area, the dining room table offers seating for six guests.

Better Than Advertised!

We typically spend 2 -3 weeks in Cape Coral in March, and of all the places we have stayed using this booking service (and others), this home was by the far the nicest. The location is perfect, the condition of the home is immaculate, and the overall property is as good, if not better than the listing photos and description. It was a real pleasure!!
