This charming Florida style dog friendly home offers 3 bedrooms. The large master provides a comfy king bed with en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed while the second room has 2 twin beds, perfect for families with children. The full guest bathroom comes as a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has been newly remodeled and features stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee at the attached breakfast bar or in the bright open Florida room.

Property Needs Improvement

We arrived and had to contact the property manager as the refrigerator filter and a number of light bulbs in the kitchen were out, the primary bathroom tub did not drain (bathrooms are very old), I had to descale the keureg coffee maker, and dog poop was in the yard. I had to replace the batteries in the house entrance code box as the batteries were close to 'dead'. A number of the electric outlets didn't work, prints were put on the wall with the wrong hangers and fell off (during the night), the smoke detector in the kitchen went off every time we cooked, and on two occasions water entered the house through the door near the pool when it rained. Because there were usually only two of us at the house we used the second bathroom but if there was a larger group with the bathroom and outlet issues, this would not have been a good property to rent. Perhaps it's a place for a few night but not an extended stay.
