Hop on one of the 3 adult bikes or 2 kid bikes for a ride around the neighborhood. In the evening, fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a waterfront meal with the outdoor table on the deck. There's also a cozy outdoor couch for relaxing by the pool. Pool floats, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are all provided.

- Please note that the boat dock and lift are UNAVAILABLE at this property.
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Dog-friendly! With prior approval only and a pet cleaning fee. No cats allowed.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in the reservation.

Spring break 2025

Overall, great place! The neighborhood is quiet with lots of joggers/bikers. Tons of restaurants within 5 miles. We saw manatee and iguanas in the canal behind the house. My mini daschund loved all the open/flowing space between the living room and sunroom. Master bathroom tub could use some updating. It's a little slippery and doesn't drain all that well. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub. The outside couch in the shade is perfect for hot/sunny days. We would stay here again. Cape Coral has everything and the weather is beautiful!

Property Needs Improvement

We arrived and had to contact the property manager as the refrigerator filter and a number of light bulbs in the kitchen were out, the primary bathroom tub did not drain (bathrooms are very old), I had to descale the keureg coffee maker, and dog poop was in the yard. I had to replace the batteries in the house entrance code box as the batteries were close to 'dead'. A number of the electric outlets didn't work, prints were put on the wall with the wrong hangers and fell off (during the night), the smoke detector in the kitchen went off every time we cooked, and on two occasions water entered the house through the door near the pool when it rained. Because there were usually only two of us at the house we used the second bathroom but if there was a larger group with the bathroom and outlet issues, this would not have been a good property to rent. Perhaps it's a place for a few night but not an extended stay.

Additional down spouts have been added to route water away from the sliding door at the sunken Florida room to prevent water from getting into the sunken Florida room. The problem has been resolved. The smoke detectors work as they are designed to alert when smoke is detected. There is no problem with this when cooking unless something burns on the stove.
