Come stay and play at our home away from home - Serenity Riverside. This waterfront, gulf access home is in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Yacht Club beach and a TRITOON BOAT available to rent. Relax, have fun, and unwind. Swim in your private heated pool, go boating or fish off the dock. Check out some of our photos-The fishing is amazing!

Take advantage of the indoor/outdoor living and remodeled interior. The living room is comfy with a sectional, chair and 55 inch flat screen. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table with flatscreen TV. The pool is huge! and is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the HOT TUB on the lanai. We Provide two adult bikes, so you can enjoy a riding our bikes to the beach, bars, restaurants, & grocery store. Come to play or just relax at Serenity Riverside.

Bedroom 1-King size bed including all linens, dresser, two nightstands, flatscreen tv, attached bathroom, and alarm clock.
Bedroom 2-Queen size bed including all linens, dresser, two nightstands, flatscreen tv, sitting area, alarm clock, and shared bath.
Bedroom 3-One full size bed and one twin size bed including all linens (bunk style), flatscreen tv, and shared bath.
All TVs are streaming content, no cable TV.

**BOAT DETAILS**: The Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be rented for $299 per day plus tax and orientation (4 day minimum). You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience. The boat rental company will provide an invoice and rental agreement. We need advance notice prior to your arrival to schedule the boat for you.

NEED TO KNOW:
POOL: The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge in the winter (Nov 1-April 15th). If you would like it heated higher, it is $50 per week.
FOR LITTLE ONES: Pack and play and portable highchair available upon request for no additional fee.
DOGS: Up to two small dogs or one large dog are allowed (no aggressive breeds per insurance), with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.

We had so much fun staying at this property! Maggie was a fabulous hostess. She checked in on us to see how everything was going. Had suggestions for good eating places. We spent every day in the pool and it was wonderful! We paid the additional money to have it heated higher and it was very worth it!! If we get back to Cape Coral, we will definitely be staying here if it’s available. Thank you so much, Maggie!!

Home was clean and kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishware and cooking items. It was nice to have the washer and dryer so we could pack lighter. Beach towels, chairs and pool toys were also nicely provided for. Maggie was easily accessible for questions and addressed a bathroom faucet issue right away. Nice neighborhood for morning walks. A recommendation for some night lights in the kitchen and bathrooms would be nice. I always pack some - so not an issue for us. We enjoyed our relaxing week.

Everything was great. Communication was very good. Everything you could possibly need or think of. Central to restaurants, stores, beaches. We bought groceries and cooked on the grill most nights and ate out on the lanai enjoying the views. We used the hot tub frequently. Also, so much beach stuff. Chairs, coolers, fishing rods. We also went fishing off the little back dock. Would definitely stay again. Great property and wonderful host.

Everything we needed was provided. There was an issue with the toilet and Maggie has someone there the very next day to fix it. She checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. We had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely awesome... very kind and helpful throughout our visit. The home had amazing views, especially from the dining area and kitchen, which made every meal extra special. The pool was great, and the view from the pool was just as beautiful. We also enjoyed spending time by the saltwater canal. A bonus treat was watching the local burrowing owls in the front yard every evening... my wife loved them. Highly recommend! Would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was nice and quiet. Close to a few restaurants and very accessible to all beaches. The outside was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The deck needs a little TLC as does some of the inside of the house. Nothing major, just somethings we noticed. It was strange that the only door from the pool area to a bathroom was painted closed...you can certainly go around to the other door though. All in all we would stay here again. We had wonderful weather and had a great time. Thanks!

A Great Summer Vacay!

We (5 adults and 2 young kids) had a wonderful time at this rental! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lots of fishing off the dock and the kids loved the pool! The home was clean and comfortable. Easy drive to nice beaches. There was plenty of food options nearby. The host was great and very helpful! Fantastic Vacay!

The pool is awesome and the sunshine hit it until late in the afternoon. Perfect for a whole day of floating and fun! The house was comfortable and very clean.
