Cozy, quaint and evoking all the beauty of Rock Lake, this vacation rental promises an idyllic stay! The 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath features gorgeous Rock Lake Views from the front and direct Glacial Drumlin Trail access in the back! Located directly across from the boat launch makes it super easy to drop in your kayak (2 are provided!) or put in your boat for a day on the lake! Visit local attractions like Sandy Beach, Aztalan State Park, Lewis Station Winery, Tyranena Brewery, shop the "Norman Rockwell-ish" downtown and catch a Friday night fish fry at one of many local restaurants.

We had the best stay at the lake house over the 4th of July weekend! The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the kayaks, swimming at the beach across the street, walks on the trail, and delicious bbq from the food truck across the way. The house was spacious, clean, and had most everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

Wonderful summer get away

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the public beach and the nature trail. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The town of Lake Mills was delightful. We would definitely return if the opportunity allowed.

A wonderful stay

This property has such comfortable and updated furniture! 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. A lovely kitchen with a full stocked kitchen for cooking. We love the proximity to the boat launch! So convenient! It’s our 2nd time here and we all made great memories again this year. The host is very helpful and responds quickly to questions.

The beach house is awesome! Very spacious and beautifully updated. The owners spared no expense in renovating the home. The location was incredible… literally across the street from the lake and public beach. We really enjoyed the kayaks provided. Wonderful next door neighbor who gave us great suggestions of things to do. The owner was fantastic to work with, very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with friends and family for our girls softball tournament in Beloit. House is brand new and absolutely gorgeous! Directly across from the beach, stunning sunsets, amazing jog path behind the house and the host couldn't be more kind and helpful! Loved absolutely everything about our stay!

What a great stay!

We absolutely loved this beautiful property! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and very well arranged near living space with tv. We loved the walking path, the kayaks and all of the outdoor spaces. It was also very convenient for boating and walking to the beach. We hope to come back soon!

Nature has always been a big part of what I enjoy about living here, and I’m happy to share this place with our guests. My hope is that you’ll feel at home, have time to relax, and discover a few reasons to love Lake Mills yourself.

Why they chose this property

Having grown up in Lake Mills, I chose this neighborhood because it offers so much of what I love about my hometown. Rock Lake and the beach are just across the street, and the Glacial Drumlin bike trail is right behind the home, making it easy to spend time outdoors. Our quaint downtown, with its local shops and restaurants, is a short drive away. It’s a lovely place to enjoy a small-town getaway while still being within easy reach of Madison and Milwaukee.

Our property brings together lake views, beach access, and biking in one convenient location. Enjoy views of Rock Lake from the front of the home, walk across the street to Sandy Beach, or explore the Glacial Drumlin bike trail directly behind the property. We provide two kayaks, and the boat launch is just across the street. With four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a welcoming patio, there’s room to relax together after a day outdoors. Lake Mills’ quaint downtown is a short drive away, with Madison and Milwaukee within reach for day trips.
