The Lofts by Andrea – Exclusive Apartment with a Pool and Golf Course View

We warmly welcome you as a guest in our modern luxury apartment at Mar Menor Golf Resort.
You have two bedrooms, each with a bed (1.50 mx 1.90 m). Both bedrooms have a bathroom en suite. The kitchen, living and dining area is very modern, bright and friendly and has all the amenities. Enjoy from the very large balcony the view over two par 5 holes and experience the golf vacation, which leaves nothing to be desired. More than 10 golf courses are within 30 - 40 minutes by car, so you can also find a daily new challenge. If you want to take a break from golf, the in-house pool invites you to swim and sunbathe. If you like it sportier you can book guided bike tours (professional racing bikes can be rented on site) or play padel tennis.
But even if you just want to relax, there are various bars and restaurants in the resort. A Spar supermarket is located within walking distance to the apartment. There you can buy everything for your daily needs.

Wow! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.From booking the apartment through to checking out, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Andrea, our host, was simply fantastic. Her communication before our holiday was excellent, and upon arrival she made us feel incredibly welcome, showing us around the apartment, explaining how everything worked, and always being available if we needed anything. We genuinely couldn't have asked for more.The apartment has been recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and was spotless throughout. Every detail has clearly been carefully considered, and we couldn't fault a single thing.The communal swimming pool was also maintained to an excellent standard. A real bonus was having dedicated sunbeds provided with the apartment, meaning there was no need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a spot. On many occasions, we even had the pool to ourselves.If you're looking for somewhere that offers excellent value for money and is perfectly located for all the local amenities, including the padel courts, crazy golf, Spar shop, and The Boulevard, then The Loft by Andrea is the perfect place to stay.Thank you, Andrea (and your Husband), for making our holiday so special. Fantastic apartment

My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks and loved every minute of our stay in this amazing apartment so much so we booked another 6 week stay for next May before we left! The description and photos of the property are accurate and Andrea the host was very efficient and extremely friendly and approachable, this together with the amazing resort and its location makes it a perfect location for a holiday for golfers and non golfers!

Loft apartment - hidden gem

Great apartment compact and v modern close to the boulevard for the bars and restaurants . Balcony space overlooking the golf course is ideal, shaded in the afternoon which is very welcome. Well equipped and the host was very welcoming and local if there are any issues, which we didn’t have.

Stunning apartment with amazing views

We were greeted by the host/owner of the apartment and was given a full tour of the apartment. This was very clean and very modern. The view down the golf course were amazing! She explained about the resort. All restaurants, shops and bars are within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back again.

Well we did not want to come home! Our stay from start to finish could not have been more superb! We had a wonderful time!

We had a great two-week stay. The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. The view is wonderful. The area is also very quiet and we were almost always alone at the community pool, which we actually like. In Mar Menor Golf Resort you also have a supermarket, several sports facilities such as paddle, football, fitness and of course golf (there is also mini golf). We certainly cannot forget the bars where you can drink cocktail at a very attractive price! We are very satisfied and will most likely return next year! A big thanks for the owners!

Absolutely Wonderful property... luxury at a very reasonable price in a stunning setting

We enjoyed 2 weeks plus at The Lofts. This is a beautifully furnished, modern apartment with everything you need for a glorious holiday. Sit on the huge fully furnished balcony in the warmth of the evening, take in the view and watch the golf ... downing a few glasses of good wine! The resort is secure. There are restaurants in walking distance and a supermarket if you need essentials. Your host Andrea and her husband are just so gracious And helpful. No ask is too much. We would highly recommend you book now!

Séjour vraiment incroyable. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable et les aménagements sont très récents. En réalité, le logement est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Mention spéciale à l'hôte, qui s'est montrée très accueillante et attentionnée du début à la fin. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Appartement ist echt schön und die Lage traumhaft. Alles wichtigen Orte in der Anlage sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick auf das Grün von Loch 6 und den Abschlag von Loch 7 gibt immer wieder Anlass zum Schmunzeln. Gerne wieder.

Amazing stay
