The Helderberg Nature Reserve can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, and the beautiful Erinvale restaurant is just two minutes away by car. Many good restaurants in Somerset West and the surrounding area or at the nearby wineries can be reached in a few minutes by car. It takes 30 minutes from the airport to Somerset West. All sights of the Western Cape like Cape Town, the famous wine region of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek or Elgin as well as Hermanus with whale watching can be reached within 60 minutes.

The 230sqm house has an open living, dining and kitchen area as well as a large sun terrace with pool and two spacious sun sails, which make the time-consuming installation and removal of parasols unnecessary. The equipment includes everything you need for a pleasant stay: among other things, a large TV with German programs, free WiFi and a Bose Soundlink Revolve for listening to your favorite music. Two air conditioners (for cooling and heating) in the living room and master bedroom provide coolness or warmth as required. A dishwasher, washing machine and other household appliances are available. All three bedrooms have connected, modern bathrooms with toilets. There is another guest toilet in the interior. The master bedroom with a king size bed in extra length and the two guest bedrooms with queen size beds are each equipped with new and high quality mattresses.
A large double garage, a large 1000 sqm plot with a view of the Helderberg completes the holiday joy.
We bought the holiday home in spring 2019, painstakingly restored it and equipped it with new, modern furniture. A fiber optic connection has recently provided a stable and fast connection to the Internet. The new pool (8.5 x 4.3 m) with lighting makes every holidaymaker's heart beat faster.
