About this property

Spacious Lake Community House near Hudson

Enjoy a getaway in the Catskills in this spacious house in a lake community only 15 minutes from Catskill, 20 minutes from Hudson, and 2.5 hours from New York City. Guests have access to the lake as well as tennis courts, community pools, and other amenities.

The house was recently renovated, and has dedicated office, kitchen, and dining spaces. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and there is plenty of space in the living room and deck to spend time with friends and family.

Like many other houses in this community we use a grinder pump in the basement to process waste water. When the tank gets full, it runs for about 30 seconds and is about as loud as a washing machine.

Perfect getaway!

House was a perfect getaway retreat for myself and my cousins. Lots to do both in the community’s amenities and the surrounding towns. The home was lovely and comfortable with a very private back deck overlooking woods. Fully equipped kitchen and a coffee/tea bar! Would definitely go back!

Beautiful and Convenient Hudson Valley House

My family and I all enjoyed our stay at this spacious and well-appointed house. The property was immaculate and had all of the conveniences we needed. The decor is modern and very tasteful. We would have appreciated photos/directions of the community amenities and some recommendations of local restaurants and activities would have enhanced our short visit.
