This memorable 3-bedroom house is the perfect home base for your trip to Athens, New York in the Sleepy Hollow Lake community. With a charming ambience, this delightful property provides a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests. The bedrooms feature a wide variety of sleeping arrangements including a king, queen, full, and twin beds. Enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking or all of the activities Sleepy Hollow Lake has to offer. A bit chilly out? Gather around either the outdoor firepit or the indoor wood burning stove located in the open concept living area all while either listening to records or enjoying a movie. Got some work to do? Use the dedicate workspace in the primary bedroom with high-speed internet. Experience the magic of Sleepy Hollow Lake (and all of its amenities including tennis, pickleball, swimming, playgrounds and more...) in our beautiful A-frame home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return the Sleepy Hollow bracelets and swipe card to the basket. Please send a photo of the replaced items in the basket. If you don't replace them, there will be a $50 charge per missing item.
Make sure the cover is back on the hot tub and is left in standard mode (STD) at 101 degrees.
