Pets are welcome! There will be $200 cleaning fee for a stay with your pet.

There will be a $1,500 penalty charge for unauthorized parties and number of guests exceeding the authorized amount.

July to Labor Day: Weekly reservations only. Checking in on Saturday, and checking out on Saturday.
Labor Day to Memorial Day: Daily reservations available.

Stayed here Aug 17-24th 2024. Property is well kept, very clean, and comfortable. Conveniently located between Keuka and Sensca lakes. Kitchen was nicely equipped.

Great House, Great Location

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect, you could get just about anywhere within 20 mins. Would highly recommend the The Lost and Found Inn up the street, bar food, but really good and everyone was so nice. The house is lovely and the views were great, we even saw a sea plane land! Very relaxing to sit on the deck or go kayaking! Would for sure stay here again!

Unexpected tranquility in the finger lakes area!

My husband and I stayed at this property at the end of June. It is a lovely modern cottage with a nice grass yard before a peaceful lake. We were surprised how quiet and peaceful this lake was. We enjoyed using the kayaks available on site, the nice fire pit and the great sunset views! Would definitely stay again.

Lamoka Paradise

The most perfect house for my wife and I. Stocked with everything we needed for a long wknd stay. Perfect space, both inside and out. Water access and availability of the boat were greatly appreciated and happily used. Cody - property manager - was excellent about the pontoon. Neighbors were also great. Peaceful Lake House

We loved our stay in this beautiful house on the lake! It was quiet and peaceful and we felt that it was a great location to visit the Finger Lakes (we visited one lake per day) – but we especially loved coming home after a day of touring to our own house on the lake to watch the sun setting. The house is represented accurately in the photos – only even nicer once you get there! It was very clean and well stocked with anything that you could possibly need during your stay. We hope to return!
