The condo at 110 N Harbor St #104 provides sleeping for 8 guests, with 2 bedrooms plus 2 lofts. There are 2 full baths and a kitchen/dining area spacious enough for a table that seats 6 and a peninsula that seats 4.

This ground-floor unit offers free parking and a private entrance with no steps. Once inside, enjoy the charm of 14ft ceilings, original brickwork, and over 1,000 sq feet of living space! The unit also boasts a private patio with a gas grill and a bistro dining set for added cooking/dining options. Elevator access to the shared rooftop deck provides amazing views of the channel, sunsets, fireworks, and the Musical Fountain.

For your entertainment options, the condo comes furnished with 2 smart TVs with easy access to your streaming services, a DVD player & a selection of titles, a small library of “beach reads,” board games and puzzles for the family, and five beach towels for a day at the lake.

You're literally seconds away from downtown Grand Haven's terrific dining, coffee, and shopping scene. From there, take a short stroll to the channel boardwalk, the lighthouse/pier, the Lynn Sherwood Waterfront Stadium music venue, and the marina. And every Wednesday and Saturday during the summer, enjoy the Grand Haven Farmer's Market right down the street! Walkable attractions abound: the Grand Haven State Park/Beach, Grand Haven City Beach, Imagination Station, the Tri-Counties Historical Museum, and the Midwest Miniatures Museum. Fun Weekend

Grand Haven has always been a favorite weekend spot for us. This was the first time we stayed downtown and it was perfect! You can’t beat the location and the place is charming! We hope to come back next year!

Clean well maintained condo. Conveniently located to the downtown restaurants and activities. Short drive to the public beach. Easy to do business with The True North Property Team. The condo owner was also very hands-on to make sure we had all that was needed to have a wonderful stay.

Wte- worst trip ever

I’m sure there is a call log. I spent my entire weekend on the phone and being texted from someone or another about all my concerns. A urine specime (biological waste) left in bathroom for my kids to pick up and no cleaning completed. Alerted and was sent out till after 8 pm. So no we drove over 8 hours and had no where to go and had to deal with bio waste and beds with debris

We were hesitant when True North took over the management of our favorite rental property, but our worries were completely Tee Lu unfounded. Everything ran even better and more smoothly than before. From a check-in call before our arrival, to a quick run over with a new shower liner, to a courteous check-out procedure, it was a great experience!

We have stayed at places all over the US and this was by far the best experience ever! The condo couldn't have been in a more ideal location, right next to downtown and the water. The building is beautiful with 1900's charm and modern updates. Very quiet and relaxing too. Everything we needed was provided and the unit was spotless! Not only did we get lots of communication via emails/messaging, but we also got an actual phone cal to make sure we found our location. We have never visited the same rental twice since we try to have new experiences, but we will definitely be back at this location every year! What an amazing condo in an incredible town.

I will first start by saying the location of this property is perfect. Right next to restaurants/bars all within walking distance. The problem was with the person managing property. There was no wine or beach towels that are stated in the amenities. There was also no soap shampoo body soap or conditioner as stated as well. Also they left the last persons garbage in the condo with cigarettes and cigarette butts in it. When I called the management company they said I was being rude. It took over 4 hours for someone to come and I couldn’t shower before my event due to that. I would not recommend booking with this company. I did ask for compensation for my stay and haven’t heard back. I also had to call 5x to get someone to come out and drop off toiletries which was stated on the list to be provided.
