Find a feel-good atmosphere and a fantastic waterfront setting at Villa Krystal, a three-bedroom home on a Gulf-access canal. In this delightfully quiet and sunny spot, you'll have a private saltwater pool, your very own dock, and a wonderful screened lanai where you can lounge in the Florida sunshine and barbecue and dine in the shade.

This canal-front home is located in a popular area of Cape Coral, with "downtown" only a few miles south and several restaurants, bars, and shopping centers close by. Beachgoers will delight in the home's proximity to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, both of which are within an easy drive.

The single-level interior is open and air-conditioned, bringing together the living area, the well-equipped kitchen, the dining room, and another sitting room. Watch TV in the living room after a day spent on the water, slide up to the granite breakfast bar to assist with meal prep, or play cards at the sitting room table with a great view of the lanai and the canal.

Just outside is your private oasis in the spacious lanai, where you'll find the heated saltwater pool, a sundeck, and a shaded patio with a built-in gas grill and table for alfresco meals. Wander down to the canal's edge to launch your boat, dangle your feet from the dock, or watch the local wildlife passing by.

At night, the home's convenient split floor plan keeps the primary bedroom suite and the two guest bedrooms delightfully separated for privacy. Additional amenities include TVs in the three bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests may use the private dock for boats up to 20 feet long with up to nine-foot clearance. The water depth is about six feet. Swimming, sailboats, and access to the boat lift are not permitted. Guests must provide their own tie-up equipment.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family house
House was perfect for our family. Loved the pool and patio area. Ate breakfast by the pool and ended our day with dinner at the pool. I have nothing bad to say about the house itself. We started off not so good with 2 little kids and a long flight and the house code not working. Getting ahold of someone to get into house took awhile. Supply wise the house was lacking...there wasn't even a pizza cutter. If you stay in this house make sure to bring toilet paper because we had 6 people for 6 days and a roll and a half in each bathroom good thing there is a Walmart and Publix just down the road. When I contacted them I was told that was all they supplied and we would need to get our own. Not sure what all the fees we paid were for but it wasn't for an extra roll of toilet paper???? Then the first morning 2 men showed up saying they were the handy men and there to fix the problems from the last guest..why wouldn't that get fixed before we checked in.. didn't let them in because we were unaware of what the problems were! There were alot of lights that didn't work and the battery for the smoke detector was popped out so we put it back in and it started beeping. Also there is not much water pressure in the showers. We have stayed in other VRBO's that were hosted by a couple and had wonderful stays and this was our first time with a management company and I wasn't impressed. All in all the house was clean and perfect size for us in good location.
