Happy Cape 22

Spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation in this very well maintained and fully equipped house. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
This villa is comfortably furnished in American style and you will feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. A small breakfast can also be served at the kitchen bar.
The living area leads to the pool and terrace area. Enjoy an extensive sunbathing on the provided sun loungers with a refreshing drink.
Cape Coral Beach is a 10-minute drive away.
Restaurants, grocery stores as well as several outlets and malls are in the immediate vicinity.
You can rent a boat to this villa, even if it does not have a jetty. We have jetties in the Yacht Club area and in the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you have rented and put it back there on the lift in the evening.

On site you will be looked after by our German and English-speaking property management. Pets are not allowed.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The pool area was relaxing. Adam was very helpful. Property was a short drive to the beach and other attractions! We would definitely stay here again!

Pool was only highlight

We could see that there was some damage outside from the hurricane but, we believe there was deep down dirt that was not cleaned. The rug in the bedroom should have been removed it was filthy. Also if you walked barefoot in the house or even by the pool your feet would be black. This could be a very nice rental if it was cleaned and updated.

hello Katherina we are very surprised about your review. there was a joint check in, where you had nothing to complain about. you signed a protocol in which everything was marked as in order. also during the check out you had nothing to complain about. in rare cases, when a cleaning team does not work well, we send them back to the house immediately, if a tenant complains about something. it is astonishing that your review was received immediately after we sent you the electricity bill. you called our office and told us that you did not want to pay for the electricity. we do not know why. presumably you just wanted to save some money. logically, we refused. and right after that, we received this bad review. very sad.

Property was clean. It could use some updating---painting, etc. Great value. Pool was clean and house is spacious. Lots of things in the house that we used for our three week stay.

Quick spring getaway

We had a great time at this home! My husband and I brought our 26 year old daughter & boyfriend....this place was plenty large for the four of us and gave everyone some privacy with the split master bedroom floor plan and seperate baths. The lanai and pool area were awesome to spend the day enjoying yet it was close to everything from Ft. Myers beach, boat rentals, great restrauants and bars. this house had everything you need in it plus more... 3 bikes, beach chairs & towels, a few floaties, tons of kitchen dishes etc. We will for sure go back!

Staying in Cape Coral

Nice property. Nice location. Could use just a bit of tlc, decluttering, and updating though. The hot tub was not working and was part of why we decided to rent this property ... just a slight disappointment. Having the pool was nice. Although the pool heater quit working for the last two days of our stay. Overall a nice stay.
