Located on the western edge of Cape Coral, with many of the city's popular attractions only a few minutes away, kids and parents alike will delight in visiting Sun Splash Family Waterpark and the winding mangrove islands of Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, where you might spot herons, manatees, and other forms of wildlife. For adventures in the sand, bring the provided beach chairs and table. If you'd prefer frolicking on the water rather than in it, try the two kayaks and be sure to take the life vests for extra safety. Take the included bikes out for a spin and admire the gorgeous local scenery.

After a fun-filled day in the sun, cool off by heading back to your comfortable vacation home. The main living room boats a soft sofa and a large TV, offering the perfect spot for movie nights. In the full kitchen, you'll find gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Serve your home-cooked meals at the formal dining table or alfresco outside in the enclosed backyard. Each of the bedrooms provides ample sprawling space, plush bedding, and cool temperatures (thanks to the retreat's central air-conditioning).

Just outside, discover your own oasis. Perfect for entertaining the entire family this space features plenty of seating, a grill, and of course, the pool! Memories cultivated here are sure to bring you back again, year after year.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
