Perfect Vacation Home with Game Room Theater & Hot Tub

Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house accommodates 12 people comfortably, complete with Game room, movie theater and so much more! Can you find our hidden theater?

We are located in a beautiful community known as Pocono Farms. Here you have access to amenities including gym, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, pool, beaches, playground and lake for electric boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. There is even a golf course!

There is so much to do in our area just minutes from the house. We are located near all major amenities including:

- Kalahari Waterpark

- Camelback Ski Mountain, Beach and Aquatopia

- Pocono Raceway

- Mt. Airy Casino - Crossings Premium Outlets

- Jim Thorpe

- Big Boulder Park

- Emerald Lakes

- Bushkill Falls

- White Water Rafting

All bookings will come with amenity badges. which will allow for use of the community amenities. Which include kayak and paddle board rentals. For beach access 6 guest will be for free, any additional guest will be $10 per person

Damage Protection- The $75 charge listed as “Administrative fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required!

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.



Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.

The house had it all for all ages we had 3 teenagers and 3 toddlers and they were never bored it was a great kitchen to cook in and the beds were comfortable!!

Went to play at Camelback (tubing/water park) and this house was perfect. Game room for teens, gas fireplace to help escape the cold, hot tub, great kitchen and plenty of rooms to spread out in. Also liked that the owner responded to my questions before and during our stay quickly. Would stay again if we’re up in that area again..

Beautiful rental

My husband, son and I had a fantastic getaway at Alexandria's place. The house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood with much to do within a short driving distance. The house is immaculate. It had everything we needed. The game room and theater room was a hit. The only thing I was alittle uncomfortable with was that the 1st floor windows didn't have any sort of coverings. But, that is just my personal preference. And, wouldn't stop me from staying there again. It was fabulous! Thank you Alexandria!

Such a vibe

We really enjoyed our stay here. Some mentionable pros: Arcade games, pingpong, wall pong, corn hole, shuffleboard, pool table, very clean property (the fridge had some minimal residue but the rest of the property was spotless), very well stocked/supplied kitchen. Some suggestions for improvement: More hand towels and kitchen towels, resolve the slight moldy smell in master bath, regarding the lamps over bed in master BR - placement way too low/somewhat hazardous; suggestion: remove them all together or place them higher up above bed; the one above the bed farthest from the bedroom door was loose, more pots and pans that would accommodate 12 guests, add dish rack/pad for hand washed dishes/pots. Backyard is pretty and serene, but appears bigger in the photos. Alexandria accommodated an early check-in, which we were grateful for. We were hoping for an hour later checkout time, which she was unable to accommodate. Overall, we loved this early August trip and thank the host for her communication and guidance throughout the weekend.
