All 3 tastefully furnished double bedrooms have air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are modern and spacious and have floor-to-ceiling showers. The partially open dining area is very tastefully and lovingly furnished in country house style and is adjacent to a reading or Study. From the dining room leads to the side terrace. The separate high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and from here you can access the cozy pool terrace with large dining table. Also from the kitchen leads into the spacious living room with a cozy couch landscape. The utility room with washing machine is located separately.

Directly on the terrace is the 8 x 3 m large pool in a well-tended garden with native plants. Side of the finca is a separate BBQ Casita (gas grill) with dining table and kitchenette and a comfortable lounge or Relaxation area. Sufficient bamboo sun loungers around the pool ensure your well-deserved relaxation. The modern and loving country house design paired with bright furniture offers an ambience to feel good. The fully fenced Finca Rustica is quiet between Ses Salines and Es Llombards. Restaurants, cafes, shops, banks and doctors are just 2 km from the finca in the nearby village of Ses Salines. There you can go for a nice stroll and will also find what you are looking for in great Mallorcan offers. The Es Trenc beach, which is not unjustly called "the Caribbean of Majorca" is only about 13 km away. In the nearby town of Colonia Sant Jordi every Wednesday is the very popular night market in the summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. You can go for hours on foot and find unspoilt beaches. Other beaches nearby are u. a. Cala Santanyi (7 km), Cala Lombards (6 km) and Cala S'Almonia (5 km). In the direction of Santanyi there are beach bars offering a snack or coffee and ensaimadas. The places in the area are also worth seeing: Santanyi with 2 weekly markets, Palma with its cathedral and the idyllic old town and the small boutiques.
