The Fireside-Hot Tub, Firepit, Fireplace

Don't worry about packing the large things! We now offer bikes, kayaks, and SUP rentals that will be at the house when you arrive. Leave the heavy lifting to us. Great for biking the Mickelson Trail, trying out a new way to explore the nearby lakes, or enjoying the evening with a family bike ride around the development.

Completed in June of 2022, this brand new Powder House Pass home is beautifully designed & decorated, sitting a short walk from the famed Mickelson Trail. It offers 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 20 comfortably. The Fireside is complete with 2 large living areas, a hot tub, spacious deck and patio, fire table, and indoor fireplace. You’ll also have access to the fantastic community pools, hot tub, and club house or drive a few short minutes to enjoy historic Lead and Deadwood. It’s the ideal location for your Black Hills vacation!

The Fireside is a modern, thoughtfully-built home designed for an incredible stay. 3 bedrooms feature have en suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom, and second living area includes a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds with a bathroom next door, perfect for kids or large gatherings. Outside, you’ll find a covered patio featuring a brand new hot tub, fire table, and premium BBQ grill. Be one of the first to stay in this new, luxurious home!

The Powder House Pass development is known for being family-friendly, with 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, table games, and a community area with a kitchen and tv. We’re an easy, 2-minute walk from the clubhouse! The Mickelson Trail comes right by us with easy access to the trail. It won’t be easy to run out of things to do.

Perfect for big families!

We have rented quite a few homes over the years in the Terry Peak area and this powder house pass development is now our favorite! The house was perfect for our large family. Lots of king beds and bunks everywhere! We all wanted to take the pillows home with us they were so soft. The large bonus room was great for all our teens. The hot tub was well cared for and don’t forget to take advantage of the club house which is just a short drive or walk up the street and enjoy the game room and outdoor heated pool! This was the kids favorite. They also enjoyed sledding in the back yard which was quiet and had the perfect little hill. Overall we highly recommend this home- it was well stocked with everything we need, short drive to Terry peak and great for big families! Shane was also great with communication! Thanks again!
