Welcome to Luxury Lakeside Stunner brought to you by Book N Gather vacation rentals. Plan an unforgettable stay for a group of up to 16 in this spacious, tri-level lakeside home - with a private beach - that marries luxury with a stunning lush, wooded setting. Huge windows throughout the home will blow your mind and make you feel like you're right in the midst of nature. You'll be enchanted by the unique layout and appealing decor. You will find everything you need here for a sumptuous stay, including 2 full kitchens and laundry. Plan a visit to local Lake Michigan attractions.
You’ll easily access the home through keyless entry and enter through the garage service door.
Relax and socialize in the calming, nautically themed living room with a cozy fire in the fireplace (one of two hand-cut stone gas fireplaces), and watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 85” TV – or just gaze at nature surrounding you through endless windows. The open floor plan lets you experience easy access to the kitchen and dining areas as you chill out. Find abundant seating that easily accommodates your group.
For a dedicated viewing experience, head to the lower-level with its super-comfy leather seats, 85” TV, gas fireplace, movies, and games.
Dazzling kitchen décor on the main level is a feast for the eyes in a space well equipped to create a feast for the palate. Skylights flood the kitchen with light. Eat-in area around the kitchen island offers a delightful view of the beautiful natural surroundings, as does the formal dining area, where every wall is a window. Or take advantage of the gas grill and dine al fresco on the deck with its soothing view of Lake Michigan.
With seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, every member of your group will find a luxurious, gorgeously decorated bedroom, several with en suite baths. The primary bedroom on the main floor features a king bed, 55” TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the lake. Luxuriate in this suite’s enormous bathroom with a freestanding Thermo Masseau soaking tub, wet-room-style shower, and separate water-closet area with a bidet. A second bedroom on the main floor also provides incredible views. This bedroom provides a king bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. You’ll appreciate the convenience of a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, and folding area.
Take in the spectacular second-floor landing and lounge area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking views. On the second floor, discover two more bedrooms, including a map-and-globe-themed room offering an en suite bathroom with a shower. A bedroom with two queen beds that provides an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The basement level is a world in itself, with its own full kitchen and three bedrooms. Kids – or adults – will love the cheery bunk room, with its six XL twin-size bunks and en suite bathroom, including a bathtub. In addition to the bunk room, you’ll find two additional bedrooms on this level both with queen beds. One offers a sleeper chair that folds into a twin bed.
Discover plenty of opportunities for fun and recreation outside and indoors, such as the dedicated ping-pong area. Enjoy nature on the expansive, multi-level deck. After fun on the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Relax on Adirondack chairs in a special view spot or around the fire pit.

https://www.michigan.gov/mdcr/-/media/Project/Websites/mdcr/service-animals/documents/faq.pdf?rev=043fb9a83d06487caf659d76f13bf9b3#:~:text=They%20may%20not%20ask%20about,have%20their%20animal's%20access%20denied.
ALWAYS use placemats and coasters.Placemats are located in the shallow drawer above the plates.Coasters are located on side tables throughout the house
There is NO SMOKING in or near the house. This includes e-cigarettes, vape devices, marajuana, and traditional tobacco products.
Each bathroom is equipped with a vented fan. Kindly turn on the vent fan everytime you bathe or shower.
Please do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suits, or sandy feet.
Wet towels/suits should be hung up to dry or put into the dryer. All bathrooms have hooks for hanging bath towels.
Suitcases should be carried upstairs. Roller wheels and dragged bags easily scratch the wooden stairs.
Sunscreen stains and damages upholstered surfaces; please be mindful of the leather and cloth upholstery.

This home has a well and septic system. Only toilet paper and human waste should be flushed. Each bathroom is equipped with bags to dispose of feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, and bladder control pads into the trash.
Please do not clean the stove or oven. We have special cleaning products we use.If a boil-over or spill occurs, use a damp paper towel to wipe the surface. If the stove-top grates must be removed, please move and replace them carefully.
With the exception of birthday candles, do not use/burn any type of open flame candles. The candles on the foyer table are battery-operated.
We love the sand…on the beach. Please do your best to keep sand outside. The outdoor shower with the handheld wand is great for rinsing before heading inside.
This home has a SONOS music system. You must download the SONOS app and connect to the house WiFi to use it.
Outdoor Spaces
There are landscaped walkways and decked surfaces all the way to the beach. Please stay on the pathways. The retaining walls, sea wall boulders, and vegetated bluff are not to be climbed on. The bluff area is fragile, and it’s important to not walk, roll, or otherwise play on the hill.
Be sure to turn off the grill when you’re finished grilling and replace the cover once it has adequately cooled.
The wood-burning fire pit is a great place to enjoy S’mores and the sunset; please use common sense with the open flame and winds. DO NOT use the solid lid to put the fire out, let the fire burn down naturally with the spark cover in place and then put the solid lid on after the coals have nearly burned out. Use the metal hook to move/replace the cover.
Outdoor pillows for the Adirondack chairs should be brought in nightly and kept on the two benches at the lower level walkout door. On the lower patio, seat cushions should be stored in the deck boxes or returned to the garage. All folding beach chairs can be stored in the garage. Plastic stacking chairs should be returned to the lower deck each evening.
Beach fires are permitted. Please be sure to completely extinguish the fire using a bucket and lake water before retiring for the night.
We really like our neighbors, please be considerate of the noise levels into the night. Many surrounding cottages don’t have air conditioning, so voices/music easily carry through open windows.
The idea of a private beach is a sticky issue with homeowners and public beach goers alike. Michigan law is clear - a homeowner’s private beach extends to the water’s edge. This section is protected for beach walkers. People are permitted to walk at or near the edge of the water. They are not permitted to bring their gear and set up for the day on our private beach. However, many people spill over from the public beach just down the way at Westside County Park. There are marked signs at the edge of the public access delineating the beginning of private property. This does not stop some folks and you may need to politely invite someone to return to the public space. Our beach extends from just left of the beach stairs (as you look at the lake) to the end of the seawall. You, too, are welcome to walk the beach in both directions. Please be respectful of folks' private property and stay near the water’s edge.
Folks may stop briefly to look for interesting rocks. Some occasionally sit right down at the water’s edge and sift through the sand. Under no circumstances should anyone climb on the rocks
You’ll easily access the home through keyless entry and enter through the garage service door.
