2026 pool season runs from May 14 until October 18. The hot tub is available year round.

Walk to the beach from this stylish, newly built 6 bedroom, 6.5 home. With three living areas and accommodations for up to 20 guests, this property has it all for your family vacation, friends getaway, or group retreat. Surrounded by woods and walking distance to Lake Michigan, with a pool, fire pit, lush lawn, game rooms, and an entertainer's kitchen - your vacation home is ready for you!

Home layout:

Main level: spacious living/dining/kitchen, primary suite with king bed, guest suite with king bed, patio overlooking the pool, mudroom/laundry, powder room, garage living area with ping pong table

Walk out lower level: TV lounge with 85" TV; game room with pool table, game table, and 85" TV; bunk room sleeps 8, guest room with two queen beds, 2 bathrooms, second laundry room

Upper level: Two en-suite bedrooms, one with king bed and one with two queen beds, gallery sitting area

Back yard: patio, sunny lawn, heated and security-fenced pool with cover, large hot tub, fire pit, view of the woods



After booking is confirmed, guest and host will execute a separate rental agreement. It is a standard contract that is required by our insurance company and shouldn't contain any surprises.

Michael and Michelle were excellent property owners/managers for our household of 16 who arrived with one of our party saying "it looks even bigger than in the pictures!". We only made one trip to the beach as the in-ground pool provided endless entertainment for the children. The main great room area had plenty of seating and the stools at the bar were perfect for the kiddos. TWO laundry rooms was a blessings mid-week. The quality of the kids' room bunk beds was amazing (one suggestion..remove the TV in that room since it's kids' room). The home is provisioned with great amenities and a full kitchen set up (sure we made a few suggestions for things to add...) and there is plenty of space for different parties to enjoy the space at the same time. Bedrooms were spacious, bed were very good, and really the only thing that the house needed more of right away is towel bars. The location is far enough from Saugatuck to provide quiet but close enough for dinners out or shopping. We will probably come back!.

Perfect home for a family vacation. So clean, kitchen and is fully stocked with high quality utensils and appliances! The two dishwashers were a game changer. The pool is amazing because it is heated, clean and the backdrop is a wooded area. Every night the deer came out for a visit. So much thought was put into the space and decor. Amazing VRBO! Moreover, the communication with the owner was wonderful.

We had such a nice stay with our group of 4 families and adult kids! The house is beautiful, clean and stocked with all the amenities! There are more bedrooms than listed so it even worked out better than we had planned for! The beds and bedding are luxurious and comfortable! We had beautiful weather so the pool and hot tub were used the entire time! The home is in a quiet wooded area with deer and turkey to watch! The lake is nearby and was a perfect morning walk. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong as well! We will definitely try to go back at some point!
