My place is across the street from one of Newport's best surfing beaches and close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of beach, neighborhood, and relaxing, carefree lifestyle. My place is great for families, kids, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone who wants to live the beach life.

Note: The House is a Duplex where the upper unit is the one pictured and for rent.

House was clean, spacious and conveniently located to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable, laundry on site was a plus as well as the garage parking. Great house near the Beach!

Fun spot that's very close to walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Host was very responsive on all fronts, including helping us fix garage door. A+!

Great for a family getaway

Easy check in process. Leo, the host, was very responsive when the air conditioner decided not to blow cold air. Had a technician out first thing the next morning. Nice big bedrooms with ceiling fans. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. All you need to bring is your beach gear, extra beach towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and condiments. Close walk to the beach makes this a really convenient rental!

Great Location!

My extended family used this unit and the lower unit for a family reunion. Between the two units, we had the 12 of us covered. The location to the ocean and playground for our little one couldn't be better. The upstairs unit had enough space so we could all gather together in the open living room/dining room area. Leo, the owner, was easy to communicate with before our stay. Having the garage made it easy to park and store our bikes. The beach across from Pacific Coast Highway had a life guard and was very clean. There were also some restaurants nearby and we weren't far from the more populated stretch of Newport Beach and Balboa Island.
