Newly built Luxury 3 bedroom Mountain Chalet in town - Hot tub and pet friendly!

The pictures just can't show the size, this large 3 bedroom house is great for a large group of up to 8 OR just a couple by renting the downstairs only (inquire with Gareth), the newly built house is nestled on a big fenced-in lot and offers guests the best in comfort, amenities, and indoor/outdoor living areas with a private hot tub on the back deck! Ideally situated between downtown Brevard and the entrance to Pisgah Forest. Ideally situated between downtown Brevard and the entrance to Pisgah Forest, the Chalet is on the ever-growing Rails and Trails bike bath that can take you anywhere.

You will enjoy many unique features at this beautiful mountain home, such as a sweeping rock staircase just past the entry gate surrounded by a large native plant garden and a big elevated back deck designed for lounging, grilling, and entertaining friends and has a private hot tub! (Please note If you wish to use the hot tub there is a $25 maintenance fee per reservation. Just contact Gareth if you wish to use the tub)

Inside, the large living room has comfortable leather furniture and a 65-inch TV with surround sound. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, and an oversized butcher block island with stools creates an excellent center gathering place. There is a full dining table that seats 6. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. All are furnished and have full closets. 2 Luxurious bathrooms, one with a large tile and glass door shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.

This PET-FRIENDLY home is a DOG HEAVEN! The whole lot is fenced, so you can bring your furry friends, who will have plenty of outside room to explore. We even have a spare dog bed and bowls just in case you don't bring your own! Please let us know if you will be bringing pets as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.

Parking:
There is ample parking for several cars in the front of the house.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home and the fenced-in lot.

My goal is to make these houses truly unique and to provide my guests with a very special experience while visiting my favorite place on earth. Perry is the housekeeping manager for all my rentals and looks after everything when I am out of town.
