Property also has a fenced in backyard with deck area. Local attractions include....Brevard Music Center, Porter Center, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont Forrest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the ever popular Sliding Rock. Asheville is just 30 minutes north and easily accessible. Come visit Brevard, a perfect location to call home camp while exploring Transylvania County and all of Western North Carolina.

Perfect place

This might be our favorite place to stay in Brevard. We come every year before Easter. Location is top notch and the screened in front porch was fantastic.

Best Cottage in Brevard

This was our second stay in the cottage! We love being able to walk into town and to Brevard College to watch our son play baseball. The cottage feels like home and the front porch is a bonus!

Perfect

We live down on the NC coast and every fall head to the mountains to enjoy the season. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years but this one may be the best one we’ve experienced. Great house, in a great neighborhood - park across the street and just a short walk downtown - perfect! Brevard and the Pisgah Forest have a lot to offer and this was the perfect “home base” to enjoy it all. We’ll definitely return.
