This is the second time I've stayed at this property which is an indication of how much I enjoyed my first visit. The home is lovely and can comfortably accommodate 3 people though we only had two. The location is great; easy walking distance to the many restaurants in downtown Brevard. Communication with the host was speedy and friendly. I highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean and check-in was easy. You are right next to Brevard College which has lots of areas to walk, if that is your thing. We had our dog, so we took advantage of that space. The property is well outfitted with all of your needs when you go. There is one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second floor, all queen beds. It would have been nice to have a king in one of the rooms, that is just my ask, did not affect our stay. Downtown is super close and you can walk to restaurants and shops. We even stopped in at the Veterans war museum and that was really well done.

We love this place, have stayed here a number of times, and will continue to stay here in the future. The location (essentially downtown) is great The unit is very nice and the neighbors are friendly. Fall colors are gorgeous
