This property is in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood yet convenient to dining, entertainment, and attractions in Brevard. We have already booked it for our next visit to the area.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. The location is perfect (close to everything - downtown, hiking/biking, music venue, waterfalls, ...). The home was fully equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. The host provided all of the information we needed through messages and binders in the home. Checkin and checkout were seamless. We would choose this property any time we come to Brevard!

The house is amazing, clean and close to downtown as well as the art district. Beautiful town with friendly people and atmosphere. The neighbors are extremely friendly and safe. Can’t say enough about the town and the property. Will stay there again if available.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bracken Bungalow in Brevard. The house is lovely and very clean, and was the most organized property we have ever rented. There was a notebook with house details and everything in the house was labeled/organized thoughtfully. It was an easy 5 minute walk into the main shopping & restaurant area of Brevard. We highly recommend Bracken Bungalow!

Brevard Vacation

House was exactly as pictured. Very clean, great use of space and wonderful neighborhood. Close to restaurants and extremely well stocked kitchen. Sidewalks and proximity to downtown make this a great place to stay and a fun walkable vacation.

This is a lovely house, true to the photos and truly close to town. Brevard is a cute little town and we had no trouble finding places to eat and shops to stroll through. My daughter and I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We came to Brevard for some hiking and rock climbing. We were glad to have a washer and dryer for our dirty clothes, a well stocked kitchen for coffee and lunch making, and a cute porch to sit on in the evening. The beds were comfortable for us and we had plenty of sitting space. I would recommend this VRBO to friends!

Bracken Bungalow was the perfect little getaway to a perfect little town. Beautiful home that fit all our needs. Owners are very thoughtful to the needs of renters. The sheets and towels that are provided make it a hassle free stay. We love a front porch to have coffee on in the mornings and end our evenings. Close to beautiful scenic hikes with gorgeous waterfalls and a fun downtown. Many local breweries close by. It was exciting to see our first white squirrel too! Definitely a welcoming home we will return to!

Perfect place for graduation weekend

Clean, well stocked, beautiful space to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. Easy walk to downtown and campus. Lovely setting with plenty of room to spread out. Host was communicative and friendly. Would highly recommend!
