We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean, comfortable and cozy, and supplied just about everything you need. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the neighborhood was very convenient and quiet. The only thing that we weren't happy about was there was no cable television service provided. That was quite surprising as we had never encountered that in any of the dozens of vacation rentals we've stayed in. If that's not anything that's important to you, than this is a wonderful place to stay. If the owners decided to provide cable service we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic cottage, felt like home! Great location with an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Brevard. Sparkling clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Stayed there for the weekend before dropping our son at camp.. 5 stars all around!!

Our stay was wonderful. This house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Proximity to downtown and the various shoppes and restaurants was ideal. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to experience what Brevard and the surrounding area has to offer. We’ll be back!

This was my husband and my 3rd stay in Brevard at this VRBO property. The bathroom and kitchen have been modernized, the home is charming, and the proximity to town to restaurants and window shopping is withing walking distance. We hope to return!

Third visit to this conveniently located comfortable Brevard home! Great location, easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores as well as easy walk to the Brevard College campus. White squirrel watch continued; there seem to be more white squirrels every year. Husband bought discs and enjoyed playing the Brevard College disc golf course. We also golfed four times at the Sherwood Forest par 3 course located 15 – 20 minutes away.Thanks for sharing your clean, comfortable cottage! We look forward to returning!

The house was perfect for us. Very, very clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location makes it easy to walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. Our host was very welcoming.

This is a really great house!! It was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It is super close to downtown with all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance. The yard is securely fenced and nice sized, w/firepit. The owners were nice and easy to work with, and quick to respond. One thing to keep in mind is that being so close to town puts you on a busy corner. And there are many loud cars that pass through at all hours.

The home was beautifully renovated, and it felt like the host really cared about every little detail. They chose the perfect paint color, towels, bedding, everything, to put the guest at ease. The neighborhood is well-cared for, with a darling park a block away. The downtown area was within a short walk. We absolutely loved everything about it!
