This property with 3 holiday homes is located on a perpendicular road to the fine sandy beach of the village of Analipsi on the north coast of Crete on a secluded, shared plot of land at a distance of approx. 5 to 10 metres from each other. The holiday home Daven is the front one of a total of 3 holiday homes built in a row one behind the other, which is rented out. The other 2 holiday homes are used for other purposes.
The two-storey stone house Daven is solidly built and functionally furnished. Direct ground-level access from the terrace of the house into the spacious living/dining room with adjoining kitchen corner. The bathroom adjoins the living room. An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor to both bedrooms and the shared bathroom. The hallway leads directly onto a balcony with parasol and sun loungers.
The extensive sandy beach of the village of Analipsi, as well as shopping, amenities and other activities within walking distance are the great advantages of this holiday home.
