You will enjoy the peace,tranquility, and kindness of the Cretan hospitality,whilst being in immediate access to the nearby beach resort of Kokkini Hani (3kilometres away),famous places and major tourists resorts of the island. Perfect for families,Valley View offer two living rooms with corner sofas, an ample staircase leads to the upper open plan living area where there is a large kitchen,dining area a real wood fireplace, a oft and a huge furnished balcony with breathtaking views. Heraklion city and airport is a 30minute drive from the property property which makes it an ideal choice as for a base for taking daily trips all over the island (Heraklion 12klm,Hersonissos 17klm,Agios Nikolaos 50klm,Rethymnon 90klm and Chania 160klm). Anopolis village is friendly and welcoming, with two kafeneions, the Golden Cage taverna in the square and a local fresh food mini-market/ taverna. A short walk away from Valley Village Villa is the famous Anopolis Creta Fiesta which offers daily dancing displays, the Watercity Waterpark, the Anopolis Handicraft Park, and the prestigious monastery of St Yiannis. More attractions in this area are the Cretaquarium, the Planetarium, and the Dinosaur Park ( 4klm away). A car is recommended and can be parked freely anywhere in the village. Julie, and her husband Manthos, have many years of experience in tourism. They strive to ensure that you will be welcomed and have all the information you needed to make the most of your holiday in Crete. Manthos is a retired car rental manager and olive oil producer, Julie, is an ex-travel manager and tour guide. She loves to attend to her guests and is passionate about Crete, property design, and a healthy lifestyle. They are the proud parents of twins daughters

À perfect week in Anopolis

The hosts, Julie and Manthos, went out of their way to help us settle in, giving loads of local information and suggestions of places to visit. Julie was always on hand to help and gave us lifts to and from the village. The house was perfect, the balcony and view especially. The cafe/shop only sold fresh bread so we needed to get into Kokkini Hani to get supplies - a hire car was essential. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want a restful, authentic Cretan holiday.

Erholung pur!

Der wunderbare Aufenthalt begann mit einem sehr herzlichen Willkommen durch die Vermieter Julie & Manthos, die uns viele wertvolle Tipps gaben und hervorragende Empfehlungen schöner Orte und Tavernen auf der Insel. Das Haus über 2 Etagen ist sehr hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts für einen harmonischen Urlaub. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Natur und man kann bei einem Glas Wein entspannen und die friedvolle und ruhige Atmosphäre genießen. Das Haus ist in ein kleines Dorf eingebettet, in dem es eine wunderschöne Taverne gibt, in der man sich mit kretischen Spezialitäten verwöhnen lassen kann. Das Haus war für uns ein wahrer Glückstreffer und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Valley View House ist eine sehr großzügige, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die alles für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt bietet. Auf zwei Etagen verteilen sich ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit anschließendem Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer sowie zwei sehr schöne Wohnbereiche mit Sofas, TV, Stereoanlage und Kamin. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, viele Bücher und Brettspiele. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das nahe gelegene Kloster und Olivenhaine ist wunderschön und idyllisch. Wir wurden von Julie und ihrem Mann sehr freundlich mit selbstgebackenen Keksen und Raki empfangen sowie mit jeder Menge Ausflugstipps versorgt. Auch fühlten wir uns in dem kleinen freundlichen Dorf mit einer Taverne und Minimarkt sofort wohl. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, die technischen Einrichtungen funktionieren bestens, die Internetverbindung erwies sich als gut genug für eine Online-Konferenz, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist herrlich, eine sagenhaft gute Taverne ( Golden Cage) ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die nächtliche Stille ohne Motorengeräusche ist sehr entspannend, und die Kommunikation mit Julie war reizend, überaus herzlich und hilfreich. Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jederzeit wieder!!

Feel the greek soul

The location of the house is totaly relaxing. The house is very beatiful in the style of the country. The sea is ten minutes (by car) away. Julie was always available for our requests.

L'accueil est parfait. Julie est une hôte disponible et très prolifique en conseils. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour à 2 ou en famille. Elle est située dans un village, au calme des touristes, à 10mn en voiture de la plage. De la terrasse spacieuse, vous profitez d'une superbe vue sur un monastère, des champs d'oliviers et la montagne. Juste un léger bémol, pas de lave-linge mais on avait prévu le coup.

Logement très bien pour 4 à 6 personnes une chambre bien située L hospitalité crétoise n est pas une légende avec L accueil que nous a fait Julie !
