Cozy renovated 4 bedroom house in the heart of Cape May! This historic home with updated features is walking distance to the beach and downtown dining and nightlife! Please note that this home is a twin unit and is a historical building! *Disclaimer- We do require Guests to sign a Lease Agreement.*

The Space:
Open floor plan on the first floor loaded with upgrades. Brand new kitchen and living area. First floor also offers a laundry room, full bathroom, and a formal dining area. Upstairs this historic home has 3 bedrooms and an additional bedroom space attached to 1 bedroom. With a spacious full bathroom down the hall. Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys are available, along with a Pack N' Play.

This home must be booked for a full week checking in on Saturday and checking out on Saturday. This property does NOT include linens.

Cape May

Great location and close to beach, restaurants and shops. Nice home just a little warm upstairs and bedrooms a little quirky, but we managed and had a great time with family

Beautiful and Great Location!!

Absolutely would stay again. The house is in the perfect location— walk to downtown and the beach. Cape May has so much to offer— amazing food and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose to rent again!! Exactly as described.

Historic Charm w/ Modern Amenities

Very responsive manager & owner. Well equipped home that has been renovated to provide modern upgrades without sacrificing historic charm. Centrally located to everything--beach, shopping, park, etc. Bedroom set up is slightly quirky, but we made it work. Beautiful wrap-around porch for relaxing & outside shower are fabulous new additions. We will be repeat renters annually.

Great place

I loved the updated downstairs kitchen and bathrooms. The original for hardwood floors in the upstairs we’re beautiful. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were small and the dressers were hard to close. The beds were firm and comfortable. We rented bikes for the week and could get everywhere within four minutes or less. There was a broken showerhead. It was eventually was fixed. It made it difficult for 6 adults but the owners gave us back a small credit which we thought was excellent customer service. Overall we recommend the place especially if you don’t mind sharing the railroad bedrooms. We had to go through the one big bedroom to get to the smallest bedroom.
