Offering a gorgeous natural setting, and all the comforts of home. The house is completely private with outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. This home is sure to provide a fun and relaxing Pennsylvania escape for the entire family.

All new and ready for your stay. This is an all-season home. Winter skiers will return from the slopes and relax by the fireplace in our magnificent living room. In spring, summer, and autumn, guests can enjoy morning coffee or evening barbecue on the large deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, dishes, and much more. The house is just a few minutes from the main ski resorts, rafting, water parks, forest parks and mountains (including Appalachian), restaurants, bowling, shopping, casinos, and many other attractions. This place has it all - a great place for everything Pocono has to offer! Many activities can be completed within 20-30 minutes, including the Pocono race track, the Shawnee mountain ski park, Kalahari water parks, resorts and conventions, the Camelbeach water park and mountain ski park, hiking and cycling routes, horseback riding, rafting, canoeing, paintball, quad biking, golfing, hiking, snowmobiling and sleigh rides, a children's zoo, and much more. The Crossings shopping, a huge outlet with branded stores is just 20 minutes from the house . The house is located a few minutes from the four main ski areas like Camelback , Shawnee, Blue Mountain, and Jack Frost, offering not only skiing but also snow tubing.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
. Please wash dishes and place them in their cabinets 2. Please place all furniture in they original place 3. Please remove any trash left after your self from the yard
Please place bagged garbage inside the garbage bin ( 95 gallon)located at the intersection of driveway and Haney rd. Recycling goes into the green bin with yellow lid 95 gallon
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No laud music outdoor after 9 pm. No large outdoor speakers allowed. Guest must provide Goverment ID and sign rental agreement.
Must agree to all fees via messaging within 24 hours of booking Hot tub $175 Linens and towels $200 Laundry usage $50
Pet cannot be on any of the beds or furniture of the property. Pet cannot be washed/swim in bathtub, shower, Hot tub, Pool.

Good setting for a bachelor party or hangout. Has good amenities and nice location. Could use some additional lamdscaping to keep it fresh which im sure is coming in the future

Was ok

The cost was too high for this place. The master bed broken in the middle and not comfortable. The pillows also are very mediocre. The wood needs replaced or sanded and painted on the porches and table out back we had kids getting splinters. For the price of the linens it would have been nice to have enough towels so don’t get the linen package bring your own. There were no towels for the pool. All the outside furniture needs cleaned badly. Basement very damp and musty. Pool cues for pool table have no tips so can’t play.
