Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and The bathroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and The bathroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning. You have access to the 5 sqm balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Oprtalj. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Pets up to 6 kg or 30 cm in size are allowed for a fee. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking on the street in front of the house.
