Fully furnished and freshly updated with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Vaulted ceilings and expansive glass windows, making for a bright, cheerful and peaceful setting.
Quaint backyard with room to entertain and enjoy that includes an outdoor redwood shower. Walks to downtown is a short 10-15 minutes via the beach or through neighborhoods, the grocery store is just minutes away & a community center with a pool is also a short jaunt on a bike or foot!

A Gem of a Location

The neighborhood and proximity close to the bluffs overlooking the ocean, as well as the lovely landscaped front and back yards, make this is a sweet spot to stay for a month. The bathrooms have been obviously updated and were very clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond when a small repair needed to be made. We appreciated the gifts of wine and coffee upon arrival too. However, the two queen bed mattresses were worn out so we slept in the bedroom with the double mattress which was more comfortable (but too small for the two of us to sleep well). Would love to stay there again if the mattresses are replaced.

Summer in Carp

We really felt at home in this house. The neighborhood is friendly; we walked to the beach in 7 minutes and loved relaxing in the beautiful backyard. We also loved walking or riding our bikes into Carp for meals, the farmer's market and shopping.
